Rolf is a highly talented craftsman, construction expert and contractor. His refined sense of service, combined with a meticulous mechanical engineer mindset, enables him to creatively seek the best possible solution for any home. And a little dirty secret about him? He is so darn clean and tidy and never leaves a mess.

After we struggled with a wind and rain-swept entryway for years, that resulted in structural damage, Rolf's creative solution finally fixed the problem. Great work, fair price. Selvig Development did us right!
