DC Moran Construction

I caution anyone from using this man! A quick google search of his name and you will find multiple things against him. We used him for one of our historical buildings in Concord to put the roof off and after months and months he never completed the job. Then when it rained it ruined our building! He owes us over 20k! For the damaged and leaving the job and never coming back! To add salt to our wounds he left a broken down trailer on our property which was a nightmare to remove!

Hard honest worker doesn’t take advantage of a situation and respectful and friendly. Once he starts the job he is either on time with completion, on budget or both whether providing. Watched him not only complete a metal roof in the middle of winter but train a guy who never did a roof before and still manage to get it done on time

DC Moran Construction came out and gave us an estimate for our roof on a monday. Told us he could start it Saturday that same week and have everything completed by Monday. We hired him and he had everything done and cleaned up on time. Would recommend DC Moran Construction to anyone looking to have their projects done. Reasonably priced and great professional services !
