We hired Lockwood Construction to remedy our roof leak & re-build our kitchen. They are fantastic and we are in the middle of the project. They demoed the original kitchen and re-built the electric and plumbing. Hopefully, we will be completed by mid. January! All the employees have been professional and top-notch - every night they leave a clean job site, which makes a huge difference because they really care.

In March, 2015 we bought a house that was in poor condition because we liked the location. The place basically needed everything—roof, windows, skylights, exterior stucco, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new bathroom fixtures, floors, lighting, appliances, interior paint, and a new fence. We selected Lockwood Construction Company to do the renovation because Robert Lockwood and his late father have a long-standing reputation for doing quality work at a reasonable price. It turned out to be a very wise decision on our part. Bob and his crew and subs proved to be knowledgeable, reliable, experienced, friendly, and easy to work with. The only increases to the original budget were the result of things we added during the construction period. Bob and his crew did an excellent job particularly in view of the fact that we were out-of-state during much of the demonstration and construction activity. Things progressed nicely in our absence with Lockwood and his subs infrequent contact via telephone and email. As a result of our excellent renovation experience we have no hesitation in giving Lockwood Construction Company our highest recommendation.
