It's not easy to find a place to plan AND BUILD a home theater in full. We only found Media Rooms after being less-than-satisfied with the plans and costs from "the big guys". Their office wasn't impressive, but Rob was! As the son of an architect I can tell a design pro when I see them. My father (who passed several years ago) would have immediately had a connection. And I'm sure he would have recommended Media Rooms after a single conversation. My instincts were exactly right. Media Rooms designed and built a beautiful room that works just as planned. Friends and relatives were blown away when they saw it. The seats (through Valencia) were in doubt, since the price was so much lower than others. But Bob said he had done business with them before and they made a quality product. And he was right. Again. Beautiful, comfortable, fit into a limited space, and fit going down the stairs to the basement. And my wife was pleasantly shocked at how it all turned out. I just can't recommend them enough. We're so glad we found them!

Working with Media Rooms, we recently completed remodeling a room in our basement into a home theater. The room was transformed from hardly used storage room, to beautiful home theater room, with projection screen, sconces, theater seating, etc. Simply put, it's incredible. During the project Rob and the entire team at Media Rooms, Inc were fantastic to work with. From the initial contact, through the conceptual design, construction all the way up to through completion of the project everyone on the team went above and beyond. If you're looking for a contractor to bring your dreams of a home theater to life, you can stop your search. You've the found the best with Media Rooms.

Five stars are not enough to rate Media Rooms. We had a very challenging project, and I brought in multiple contractors / designers to give advice. Rob from Media Rooms was the only one to fully understand our project and point out what really needed to be done. Rob and team treated our project as if it were their own home. They never tried to upsell, but did offer advice on where we could improve. Rob made sure we had a good value in all work performed. Again, he and team treated it as if it were their own home. We could not be happier. They built us a fantastic theater and also remodeled our very challenged basement. The end result is a fantastic living space. My theater has as good or better quality as other proposals I received at double the price. Rob and team know how to pick equipment that work together and are of great value. Media rooms is a great company with fantastic people. I can't recommend them enough. Our motto was "Rob is always right".

We had been planning our basement for two years and when it finally came time to put our plan into action I went right for Media Rooms. We certainly made the right choice. From the first phone call to Chris I knew we were in the right hands. Rob came out and I walked him through what I had in mind for each part of my basement. Rob did an outstanding job putting what I had in mind to a design. Rob made sure each part of the process and design was explained and thought out. We wanted to have one part of our basement to look like a sports bar with TV's and the other to be a home theater. When Joe came to put the design into action, I was blown away with the quality and professionalism. I could not help but laugh as our basement looks exactly like I had pictured. The quality of craftsmanship on the cabinets Doug made was outstanding as well. We would highly recommend Media Rooms to everyone. Now we cannot help but show off our basement to all our visitors. It will be the place to be for many years to come.

Wow. What a difference a year makes. Last year I had Media Rooms Inc work on my home theater, and I was really impressed with the work they did. I'm continually grinning ear to ear whenever I watch a movie! Joe was a superb installer, even coming over on a weekend around the holidays to finish things up. He was really informative, and patient with all my questions. He also provided a very thorough demo on everything that was done. I'm quite the stickler and of course the quality of the image and sound was great, but I was also extremely pleased with his cable management as well! I'm all set with a 7.1 system (speakers are Paradigm and quite excellent!), and ready for Atmos when I upgrade my receiver. While they are a soup to nuts type shop, they were also very willing to work with my existing receiver and projector that I brought with me from my old house. I'll 100% use them when I upgrade everything to Atmos and 4k in the future. An absolutely top notch job from start to finish, and also great to work with from a communication perspective too! Can't say enough good things about these folks.
