Rococo Homes is one of my premiere builders I do work for. They are family oriented and strive to be the best. I would highly recommended them to build your next home.

My company does the framing contracts for Rococo Homes. Rick and his team in my experience are extremely professional, constantly looking to achieve the highest standards of quality out of everyone involved in their home building process. As well they work very hard to stay current and ahead when it comes to the ever evolving building practices. As a professional small business owner I look to only work with clients that strive for excellence. I can honestly say that Rococo homes is one of the only home builders that I have done work for in the Edmonton region that I would trust to build my family home.

We chose ROCOCO Homes as our builder after looking at several other builders and the quality of what they had to offer. Rick and his sales people treated us with respect and took there time to ensure any questions or concerns we had were addressed in a timely manner. Rick and his team of professionals made sure our home was what we wanted. All costs were laid out in front of us, with no hidden costs. We have now lived in our acreage home for just over 3 years, and Rick still keeps in touch, and offers his help with some of my landscaping projects. I strongly would recommend Rick and ROCOCO Homes for your next building or renovation project.

Our experience with Rococo Homes Inc. was definitely worth five full stars. There were many instances throughout the project where something needed to be changed NOW and it was handled immediately. Rick was always available on his cell phone and literally took all of our last minute decisions and changes in stride. When the initial price list came in over our budget Rick worked with us for an hour suggesting ideas on how to make a few things more cost effective and in the end everything worked out perfectly. Rick Lystang and Rococo Homes were brought on in June of 2016 to complete an extensive renovation at my acreage property. Job consisted of a complete remodel of the inside, taking the house essentially back to the studs and starting new. Interior walls were removed, floor plan was changed, etc. Although the house structure is 40 years old it is a 100% new home inside, done to an incredibly high level of detail with top quality materials throughout. Complete new plumbing from hot water tank out, Complete new electrial including upgrade to all LED lighting, complete interior finishing (Drywall, flooring, ceilings, cabinets, etc). There wasnt any request or change that Rococo was unable to accomidate. Seeing as Rococo is a home buildier the process was increibly smooth, from design out to completion the project ran like a new home build using their vendors for finish selections etc. It really took the stress and guess work out of a project of this scale. This was a serious reno with the final cost being well north of $200K. If you want a company that can turn your ideas into reality then this is it.

I have worked for Rick in the past, and all i can say he is a man of integrity. He was the one home builder I ever worked for that would never compromise quality for the sake of money.

Being a designer with a cabinet company allows me to work with numerous people and builders on a day to day basis. Rococo Homes being one of them, never ceases to impress me! Their staff is well equiped to assist you, their designs are well planned, and the finished home is always stunning. I'm fortunate to work with one of the best in the business!
