Rima and the TEW design team were amazing - we wanted colorful and unique design - but also kid and dog friendly - and they hit the mark! The creativity and workmanship exceeded my high expectations and I would recommend them to anyone that wants to bring a 'wow' factor to their home.

Rima is such a talented and creative professional! She immediately understood the vision and style we were going after and it was such a pleasure working with her! She was always there to help, no stress, no unexpected issues... Wonderful experience! Couldn't have done it without her! Thank You Rima!!!! We absolutely love our kitchen ;)

We were very happy with Rima's design for our bathroom. She listened carefully to what we wanted & and then came up with a design that we accepted without modification. We loved the colors and how the tile and marbel all blended together. The workers for Frys also commented how they like to work with Rima regarding what needs to be done. Finally she was honest and willing to tell us that she didn't think some of our ideas went with what we were trying to accomplish.

RIma was very good listener when we met with her to redesign our kitchen space. She crafted a design that allowed us to use part of a pantry for the refrigerator which freed wall space for a wall oven. We are very happy with the result as we now have a kitchen that is a pleasure to work in. She was patient and knowledgeable in answering our questions. She spent extra time to help us find the right floor and back splash tiling as well as counter tops and cabinets. The whole room has come together beautifully. We would gladly recommend Rima for she design work and her attention to details.

Rima “nailed” the materials that we should use for our kitchen & dining room complete makeover within an hour of our telling her what we wanted to do – and WITHOUT even seeing the space! Let me clarify how remarkable this was by saying that I THOUGHT I knew what we were going to do after a couple months of looking on Houzz. Or let’s say I’d convinced myself what we ought to do, thinking that we might sell our house in the next 3-5 years. Rima really paid attention to personal preferences we were sacrificing and why. She whipped together a truly amazing combination of materials that let me “have my cake and eat it, too”. Both my husband and I were instantly “sold” and found the actual end result to be even more delightful than we hoped. Don't think we'll be moving in 3-5 years after all.

I very much enjoyed working with Rima Nasser on my master bath remodel and am extremely pleased with the final product. Rima has an excellent eye for color, texture, and balance. She took the time to familiarize herself with my personal tastes and then developed a unique design that blended perfectly with the rest of my home. Working with Rima was easy; she was always available, open and responsive to my input, and consistently pleasant. I would highly recommend Rima and will seek out her assistance when working on future projects.

Rima was great to work with and brought fresh new ideas to the design of my master bath. I came into the first meeting with pictures of the space and pictures of bathrooms I liked. She very quickly was able to make great suggestions and pull all of my diverse ideas together into a functional and beautiful space.

Well-informed and with an excellent aesthetic sense, Rima Nasser selected, subject to approval by the owner, all the components that were used in the remodel/expansion of my master bathroom. Her choices of tile, fixture, cabinetry and colors for the bath coordinated superbly with the overall scheme of the house but also provided a contrast that ultimately gave the bath a distinct, almost spa-like feel and appearance. All materials were as ordered, whether in appearance, color or cost, and were delivered in timely fashion. In addition, Rima was always willing to discuss her choices when I suggested or asked for alternatives, showing genuine willingness to listen to the preferences of the owner when there was even the slightest disagreement. And in most instances, from layout of tile to positioning of lighting, her ideas and recommendations proved to be the better alternatives. A pleasure to deal with.

Rima Nasser from Kitchens and Bath Gallery of Raleigh, we transformed my kitchen design from one that was a one person working kitchen, "closed in", a definitely not user friendly design to a design that is beautiful, open, inviting and very user friendly. Rima's design required demolition to remove wall separating kitchen, breakfast room and pantry. Also closed a doorway that provided additional space. What an awesome transformation - my family and friends love it. Rima is a talented kitchen designer that will create a design that will make other clients happy.

You know you have a great design when after 6 months your still get excited walking into your remodeled kitchen. Rima was fantastic. Not only is she an excellent designer, she has a quiet way of guiding you in the right direction. It was a pleasure working with the entire K&BG team. Their installers were first rate, professional and detail oriented. They went out of their way to ensure we were pleased with every aspect of the renovation. The entire experience and final product exceeded our expectation! I look forward to working with them on my future bathroom renovation.

My wife and I were having a difficult time determining a kitchen design for our renovation, and decided to go into Kitchen and Bath Galleries on a whim. Visiting the showroom offered some great ideas, but the real breakthrough came when Rima began talking with us about our goals. She asked all of the right questions and helped us define our scattered wish list. After a site visit, Rima offered several practical designs that gave us the confidence that we picked the right supplier. The delivery and installation crew were on time and professional .
