Ridley Windows & Doors

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a supplier - spent over $150,000 almost 3 years ago and they can't seem to complete a project. Excuses after excuses - incompetence that I have never seen before and then insults to top it all off.

Wish we had never heard of Ridley. Came highly recommended by our general contractor. We have been dealng with a disaster ever since. We were replacing windows in a commercial space at our property. Usually, replacement windows go in the same spot as the existing ones. Not so with Ridley. Not even close! They placed our new windows FOUR inches away from the original windows, at the extreme edge of the building. Why? They sent incorrect measurements to Norwood, the windows are way too large, and we've dealt with leaks ever since. For example, the contractor measured 160 inches for one of the openings, we signed off on 159 inches for that spot, the replacement window is 162 inches on the inside and 167.5 inches on the outside. And, being Ridley, they will never own their mistake. We found that out going through the court with them, which is why we didn't post a review before now.(Check around, we're not the only ones to leave a bad review.) They are a total "ostrich" company when things go wrong. If you have other options, stay away from Ridley!

We bought a beautiful Norwood mahogany front door and Ostaco windows from Ridley. My salesman Mario Marto was amazing. He's so helpful and informative. The support we got during and after the installation was phenomenal! Would definitely recommend Ridley to everyone we know!

Needed three windows replaced that were broken. Arranged to meet technician between 11 and 12 to do measurements. Left work and was there by 11. When tech did not arrive by 12, called Marlene and she said he was on way and would be there in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes called Marlene again and she called tech. He had stopped to pick up something to eat and said he would be there in 5 minutes. At 12: 45 I left to go back to work to be on time for a meeting I had. I understand tech did eventually arrive at house at approx. 1:15 but he was turned away by my son because this experience told me not to do business with this company. When I set up appointment, they asked for my phone number. Why did they not use it to reschedule instead of wasting 3 hrs my time? Because they don't care. Because they do not respect other people. Do what you say you are going to do when you said you are going to do it. If stuff happens and you can't, then TELL people.

We spent tens of thousands of dollars at Ridley, and In my opinion they have some of the worst after sales service I have ever experienced. Constantly ignoring emails, almost never returning phone calls, and not providing what we've paid for. After 3 years of discussions we have never received the screens for the bedroom windows we paid for. Many of the screens we have are so loose (see picture) they let bugs through. After 2 service visits (the second of which took over a year to set up), and an admission that some screens were out of tolerance, we still have never heard anything back. I am shocked Ridley is still in business.

I recommend Ridley Windows. The windows have a clear glass, they are easy to clean, easy to open and close, and they were competitively priced. Also, they admit mistakes, even small ones, and correct them. There was a small defect in the stained glass I ordered, and they offered to correct the problem, even before I asked. I would especially like to recommend Ryan who does the measuring, and the father-son team of Jim and Tyler who did our installation. They were prompt, professional, polite, tidy and the trim work was truly master-carpenter level. I would give a 5 star, but it did take a long time for everything to get done. Having said this, it was worth the wait! Thanks.

From consultation to removal of existing windows and installation, the Ridley team was professional, clean, and timely. Great product and service at a competitive price.

Our experience with Ridley Windows and Doors has been excellent! We received a lot of help during our consultation in choosing the windows and doors we wanted. The installer swede very friendly and professional, making sure we knew exactly how the job was proceeding. I would definitely recommend Ridley!

Supply and install new windows and doors in our house. Work included some modifications to existing masonry to accommodate larger windows in some areas interior trim was also included.

Salesperson had an initial site visit with architect, estimate with recommendations. Further consultation. Liaise to frame for window with contractor. Site visit by service / installation manager before installation date. Installer was professional, punctual. Lead time on window was good/accurate.

Installation of new front door and surround frame on inside. Clean, fast, great craftsmanship. Very happy. Thank you very much.

They worked on my house and I think it has never looked better. They did an amazing job making my house look like a model home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a "new feel" in their homes.
