I'm not sure there is enough space to describe how great of an experience we had with Bob during our house hunt. We looked at A LOT of houses and had a ton of questions about the process (we were first time home-buyers), and Bob was always personable and willing to talk - even late at night or on the weekends. He was always honest with us, especially when he recognized that something would not serve our best interests. His professionalism and vast knowledge made us feel comfortable working with him from the moment we met him. We are beyond grateful that we went through this process with Bob, and will continue our partnership with him for years to come. We have already recommended him to a few friends who are looking for homes. Can't say enough great things about Bob.

Mr. Grooms did an excellent job listing our properties for us. Although we had experienced some difficult buyers Bob went to bat for us to to protect our interests. His presentations for potential buyers and buyers agents were well done and helped us put a lot of information in buyers hands.

Mr. Grooms is a true professional in his field, making the entire buying and selling process quick and painless which is a quality that many realtors today are lacking. When an issue appeared after a home inspection, Bob was quick to get it resolved while keeping all parties informed.

After a preliminary discussion and an onsite review of our property, we signed with Bob. He was to market and sell our house and property.
