My company built the Springdale Farms house that Rauser Designed. They are incredibly talented architects and I would highly recommend them. They are practical, creative, knowledgable, and just plain fun to work with. One other essential to their firm is the ability to work with a very tough Austin planning/permitting process. Amazing people!

Commented: FloorsWe filled the knot holes with black epoxy prior to sanding. It may seem strange, but black helps the knots be less noticeable.

Commented: What are the dimensions of the columns?The columns are roughly 4"x4". The are called W4x13 if you are getting them a steel supplier.
