RANNEY + RIMINGTON PRIDES ITSELF ON BEING A DIFFERENT KIND OF BUILDER We are Cape Cod’s contractor for discerning homeowners who value craftsmanship, attention to detail and exceptional customer service. In the early years of our company, we quickly expanded from custom furniture building to hand crafted custom kitchen and bathrooms. We developed many lasting relationships with our customers built on craftsmanship, competitive pricing, punctuality and, most importantly, trust. At the request of these clients we continued to expand the scope of our services. For many years now we have offered a full range of remodeling and building services including complete custom homes. After meeting with a few contractors, we hired Ranney & Rimington. Their quote was competitive and we liked that Patrick was thorough and straightforward. Jason, the foreman on the project, was extremely helpful in guiding us in decisions and was always available to take a phone call or answer a question. He has a keen eye for detail and does beautiful work. We are very pleased with the finished product. Also, a shout out to Pam in the office who is on top of absolutely everything, and kept us well informed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ranney & Rimington to a family member or friend, and would definitely hire them again.

Ranney & Rimington did a complete kitchen remodel for our 1959 Cape home this past June and we could not be happier with the results! Our house has been truly transformed. We were on a tight two month deadline and they came in ahead of schedule and on budget. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process and quality of workmanship was top notch. Ranney and Rimington built us a garage last spring and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. All aspects of the project were handled professionally with upfront communication throughout. They worked within the budget and finished within the projected timeframe. Recommending Ranney and Rimington to a relative is the highest compliment and that’s what we did without hesitation.

The team did a great job from beginning to end. They were able to give me two of the most beautiful bathrooms on the Cape. They were able to solve every issue I had. Jay, the project manager was extremely responsive. Thank you Rainey and Rimington!

What a great experience from beginning to end! After getting estimates from various contractors, some of whom never showed up, Pat (the owner) arrived on time for the initial review. He returned for a second assessment with his plumber and electrician, which allowed him to provide us with a specific estimate for the job (bathroom remodel). Once we hired them, they provided dates and times for each step for the remodeling and were always on time as promised. Pat also was able to help us chose a company for the new vanity (White Wood Kitchen and Bath...also highly recommended). This was particularly helpful since this was our first remodel project. The crew was respectful of our home and was careful to minimize any disruption. They cleaned up after themselves and all did excellent work. A special shout out to Jay, our project manager. He was always available, responded immediately to any questions we had, and supervised the process from start to finish. By the end of the project, we considered him a friend. The bathroom looks beautiful and I have ZERO complaints. They did a great job, there were no hidden costs nor surprises, and Pam (Pat's wife and manager of our account) was delightful to work with. I would hire them again for any project, big or small. Fantastic experience!

Ranney & Rimington remodeled my kitchen, and I am totally pleased with their work. From the estimate process, through planning, demolition, installation, and finish details, their personnel were friendly, professional, and efficient, and at all times considerate of my property, pets, and personal concerns. They worked seamlessly with subcontractors and kept me in the loop at all points of the process. Their prices were fair, and their accounting was accurate. I have recommended them to friends many times already, and I get raves about my kitchen. They are great!

The entire team at Ranney and Rimington were highly professional during our project. We hired them to finish a portion of our basement. We were very pleased with the quality of work and the respectful manner in which they handled themselves during their time in our home. We would highly recommend them!

My husband and I have contracted with Ranney and Remington for two remodel projects at our home and have been very pleased with the outcome of each project. They offer excellent design services with great suggestions about style and materials. They coordinate the use of all subcontractors for each aspect of the project and they do this in a way that is seamless and keeps everyone moving their part of the project forward in a timely way without down time. The workmanship is excellent and they assign a project manager who was in continual contact with us to keep us informed or answer any of our questions. We really enjoy working with them and our projects look great! Our house is now reorganized the way that we want to use space in this home and it is such an improvement. We highly recommend them.

When my wife wanted a new open concept kitchen in our colonial, it involved removing a wall , a complete gut of the kitchen and dining area and of course designing the kitchen perfectly. After interviewing several contractors we chose Ranney & Rimington due to their excellent reputation and friendly professionalism. I can say after the project was completed, I feel even more strongly we made the right choice. Their organized execution of the project was very impressive and the communication and adherence to timelines could not have been better. If you need any type of building or remodeling I recommend them wholeheartedly !.
