Quality Home Center

From start to finish the new shower in one and new vanities in all 3 bathrooms went smoothly. The office staff is always available. Great showroom and help planning the renovation. All of the people working in our home were very customer service oriented and, no mess. Property was left very clean.

Quality Home Center did a great job transforming our first floor! Bret and Tim gave us a great plan to work with, allowed us to make changes easily, and put up with lots of questions:) There is the option to do everything completely in-house as well as to use only part of their services and pricing was clear and the best we found. For what we paid, we felt like we had A LOT done (in fact our project was significantly less expensive than work done at one of our relative's house 10 years ago which used her existing kitchen footprint)- wall removed and beam placed, kitchen moved from one side of the house to the other requiring plumbing, heating, gas, and other work, existing kitchen turned into a room ready to paint, and flooring for hall and rooms. We were concerned that the outside of windows would look weird since siding had to be removed but love how they turned out. We appreciated everyone's responsiveness and reliability. Zach, Clint and all the other subcontractors and workers were on time and polite and did great work. Everything went as scheduled and was done within three months (and really the main kitchen was ready within 8-9 weeks). They even made sure we had no days without a working kitchen which was AMAZING! We would definitely recommend Quality Home Center.

We used Quality Home Center for a bathroom remodel this year 2021. This business is far from quality! Work is sloppy. I would never return nor give them a reference. Look elsewhere and save yourself a big mess!!

Quality Home Center is a top notch business! We were completely satisfied with our experience with Brett and Tim from our initial meeting until the final walk through. We had our entire kitchen remodeled at the beach and we are super pleased with our new look. QHC understood our needs and preferences and worked with through each email. Their showroom offered us samples of cabinets, flooring, hardware, lighting, countertops, faucets, backsplashes and appliances. What they did not display on site, they found for us online and were willing to send us samples which arrived quickly. There were professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The job was completed in a timely fashion. We cannot say enough good things about this business and would highly recommend them.

The talented team at Quality Home Center helped turn my kitchen renovation into an absolutely perfect dream kitchen! Though I only met with Tim once, he was able to incorporate all my ideas into a perfect plan down to the smallest detail. When Bret arrived he not only sized up the project but helped brainstorm construction ideas with my husband and I and our general contractor. LouAnn was a friendly and knowledgeable help, picking out the finishing touches. All together, this team was a joy to work with and made modifications when needed along the way. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was very open to helping me achieve my vision of my living/dining room floor and kitchen renovation. He knew I had a budget and helped me stick to it while achieving the look I wanted. His installation crew was also amazing as the flooring was not easy to do.

Quality Home Center did a great job converting an old, outdated kitchen into a much more usable space. They have an excellent selection of cabinets and countertops in varying colors and price ranges to fit any budget. Our designer, Tim, was very friendly and informative as to how the project was going to proceed. Lu Ann was on-the-ball whenever we had an immediate question. Bret was very knowledgeable when he looked at the project in the beginning and made it clear that they would move appliances, perform electrical work, perform gas work, and perform plumbing work. In other words, they could (and did) it all. Mike, the primary installer did a great job. The only issue we had is the place where we wanted the accent tile on the backsplash was one level lower that we requested. We were told that the accent tile would have been more difficult to cut around the outlets. We would have liked to have known that before installation. We also should have been asked about the types of sinks that they had. We were offered stainless steel or quartz. We actually wanted shiny porcelain but were told that quartz was a better deal. The sink we got, although very nice and very functional does not have a smooth finish as it is textured and not shiny. We would have liked to have been shown not only the types of sinks available, but the types of finishes that were available. Bottom line, we felt that we should have been shown, either in person or in pictures, more of the smaller options other than the cabinets and countertops.

I hired Quality Home Center based on the reference from a neighbor and personally reviewed the work Quality performed at my neighbor's House. I have no regrets hiring Quality and would recommend Quality to anyone. My whole Kitchen was gutted, walls demolished, electrical moved - major work. Everything went as scheduled and upon my 1st review on the completed work the Tile Floor between the existing Living Room to the new Kitchen was not perfect in the angle chosen. To my dismay the detailed specs that Quality performed did not exactly state how this angle was to be. To my delight Quality fixed their work to my specifications without the normal 'Change Order / Increase in Price" that you would have gotten from other Contractors. The best part about Quality is their work matches their name, they state a price and keep to that price without finding reasons to increase that price (this happens to me a lot with Construction work but not with Quality) AND Customer Service is definitely high on their List.

After speaking with several companies in the area, I decided on Quality Home Center for my bathroom (3 of them) remodel project. From design to completion Tim and Bret were responsive and proactive and the lines of communication were always open Love the results and will use Quality Home Center when I redo the kitchen!

WORST buying experience of my life & I am 77 years old. Bret had no idea what was going on with his workers & schedule. Cabinets came 2 different colors & he won't correct the problem. Put the island in the wrong place & wrong color backsplash. Will not fix, his workers warned me about him & I didn't listen to them. Buyer beware

We had our kitchen designed and built by Quality Home Center. They were knowledgeable, responsive to questions/needs and took care of several issues where we were not satisfied with the initial results. We highly recommend Quality Home Center.
