Prenger's Flooring America

I thought the customer service was terrible. The flooring expert they hired to put in our floor, broke our trim pieces & put them back on the wall broken. The wrong piece was ordered (a t mold instead of reducer) it took a week after it came in for them to come install it. Then they came & installed it & only did 1 of the 2 areas, I had to call & they came back the next day. The flooring looks good, the trim, the customer service & workmanship on everything else is below par. We learned our lesson the hard way not to pay in advance. We will not be doing business with them again. -Addendum... The reducer they came & finished a week ago today is already coming up from the floor. It appears they used a nail gun incorrectly. Adding to the stuff we need to redo/fix that we paid for.
