I am a member of condo corporation interior design sub-committee. We hired Melinda from Premise Design to help us with our interior design project, namely lighting, painting, and beautification of our common space areas. Melinda was amazing! She was very patient, professional, attentive, and experienced. She took the time to understand our unique situation (i.e. the building, budget, aesthetics, etc...) and presented us with tailor made design solutions that were both versatile and functional for a multi-resident complex. Everyone on the design committee was pleased with the insights, design board, and expertise that Melinda provided. The service she provided us was well worth the cost. Speaking of which, Melinda went above and beyond her contractual obligations; she visited our complex multiple times, provided recommendations on flooring, and helped us out with our lighting fixture quotes. So far hiring Melinda was the best decision our condo's Interior Design Committee has made.

After seeing the results of the work Premise Design did for the full renovation and redesign of my mother’s home, I was able to very quickly see the value Melinda brings to any design project. It was a no brainer, I had to engage Melinda for all of my design projects. Melinda is beyond enjoyable to work with. She has an absolute eye for details, and uniqueness, and is able to take a million ideas from her clients, and turn them into a clear, perfectly personal reflection of your taste and vision. Something I could never do on my own! What I appreciate the most about working with Melinda is her level of customer service and the personal attention and care I have seen her take time and time again on my many projects, and my families projects as well. She truly understands how overwhelming making design choices can be, and she supports you every step of the way with all the information and perspective you need to make decisions that not only work best for the project, but for your budget as well. Always respecting the bottom line, Melinda has never made me feel like I was limited by my budget. She has allowed me to take the time I need for the “splurgey projects” while always being there on a whim for the quick picks. She is always current and a head of the game with what is happening in the design world, and brings new ideas to her projects daily. Engaging Premise Design for me, has been the most important thing when it comes to making design choices. I know I would not love walking into any room in our home as much as I do, if it wasn’t for Melinda and Premise Design.

I have worked with Melinda for several years and she is a wonderful resource. She has a great sense of style and whatever your budget and schedule she is flexible and creative. She listens to your needs and always delivers. She has excellent knowledge of suppliers and products I had never considered. From large projects to small changes she is consistently professional and supportive! I highly recommend her and Premise Design.

I hired Premise Design to redesign my 1978 condo. The design was wonderful and the subcontractors who used the design were able to understand it well. It made my job as a first and only time contractor extremely easy. She also assisted with picking out all of the finishes . I was extremely satisfied with her work.
