We attempted to order three Pots from this company. Todd never returned our email after we confirmed we clearly understood the price point. Very poor and shortsighted business practice to assume your customer cannot afford your product.

I just noticed this review.

I also just realized that I missed your return email from back then. It was actually unopened after searching for it. I’m terribly sorry about that. I honestly didn’t realize you emailed me back. That does happen very rarely. I’m not exactly sure what was going on at that time, but I guess there were enough emails coming in that I missed yours. I am normally a one-man show when it comes to taking orders, so it’s often quite difficult to handle alone.

I’d like to make it up to you if I could, please. Can I send you one of our hanging or wall planters? Or perhaps a discount of some other planters. I live close to you, so I'm happy to drive it over.

Spring Lake Garden Design

We have had the great pleasure of working with Todd and his firm on two custom design projects -- one, a contemporary lakefront property in Connecticut, and the second a rooftop project in New York. In both instances we ordered vessels to fit very distinct styles and needs of the properties. Todd understood our clients' needs perfectly; the fact that he is a tremendous landscape and container designer makes ordering from him especially easy. He speaks the language. We found his own work with rooftop gardens also useful and sought his expertise for siting and plant material.
