Perfect Finish Flooring

I hired Mr. Lowery to install tile in a new construction home in Lincoln NE. This home is $350K-400K in price, so quality is highly expected. Perfect Finish Flooring completed the job and turned in there invoice which was paid in full on time. The builder called and was concerned about quality so I inspected the job. The master shower and bedroom shower tile installation was so bad that it all needed to be torn our and re-installed. I took a professional tile installer with me to see if it could be just fixed, but it was too bad. Grout lines where not consistent, large gaps, bad caulk job, crooked tile, the list goes on and on. Mr.. Lowery agreed and said he would tear out and re-install plus pay for the materials. Mike sent a couple installers to fix the bedroom shower (and not himself as he promised) to attempt to tear out and reinstall. I went to that job right away and it was not much better. I had to purchase pencil liners to fill the gaps between the tile and he ceiling plus spend 4 hours cleaning up their mess and over caulking. I told Mike that only he could come back and do the redo the master. The customer is living in the house by this time as we are into January waiting on Mike to give me a date for this job. We finally got a date that worked for the customer and Mike. He sent and email the night before the job was to start saying it was too cold outside and he may have to stay home. He said if I had someone to do the job he would pay for the material and labor. I hired the tile professional that EMO Flooring uses constantly and he did an amazing job. The customer is satisfied and pleased. I have not been trying to work with Mike and get paid for the job I paid for twice (plus tear out charges) and material. Mike made several promises that he will be into pay but has never shown up or returned any phone calls. I am out over $6.000 dollars on this job and probably lost a builder due to this company. Perfect Finish Flooring web site has a gallery that cannot be from them (or at least the team the sent to do my job). It is people and businesses like Michael Lowery that put a bad reputation on our industry. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Perfect Finish Flooring. They do not stand behind their work as their website says they do.

Excellent on-time service. The owner and crew were very professional and courteous. They worked the entire time they were in my home and completed my flooring job in one day and they cleaned up after. I will definitely call Mike at Perfect Finish Flooring for my future flooring jobs.

Love my new Coretec flooring! It’s so much easier to maintain than the carpeting I had. Mike and his crew were great! They are all hard working and thorough.. True professionals. I was especially grateful for the way they tidied up everyday.

Mike and crew did a fantastic job on our flooring. From the beginning, Mike was very responsive, timely and did exactly what he said he would do (something that seems to be rare these days with contractors).
