Our studio has worked together with Guild Architects on multiple residential projects and it's always a pleasure to photograph their work. Penny is an utmost professional and clearly develops meaningful, longstanding relationships with all her clients who have always been accommodating when it comes time to shoot. I'm always impressed with her ability to create aesthetically striking yet functional spaces that meet her client's needs. Penny has helped us with a substantial renovation of a heritage home in Melbourne's inner west. From the very first consultation we have felt in very good hands. She produced a concept design which delighted and surprised us with what could be achieved on our very small site. Penny smoothly navigated the planning, design and tender process and has made the whole renovation process very easy for us - especially as we both work full time and do not always have strong or clear ideas about what we wanted! We were particularly impressed with her focus from the very first step on what could be achieved within the planning constraints. We moved into our new home in mid-2018 and have been delighted with the result. The build has been very well managed and we can certainly say that the final house exceeded our expectations. It is light, spacious and comfortable. I would happily recommend Penny to anyone looking to do a renovation without any of the stress!

Penny had been fantastic during the design phase of our renovation, especially working on making our house a user friendly building.
