Kbuilt was founded by Paul and Sue Kingsbeer on the back of over 25 years experience in the New Zealand building industry. BACKED BY AWARD WINNING BUILDERS Our legacy of excellence is recognized by our peers in the building industry. Over the past years we have been awarded many accolades in recognition of our high quality building practices and attention to detail. Whilst building Lockwood homes we were the recipients of many prestigious Lockwood awards which were competed for by over 50 franchisees nationwide, and only awarded to the top few including: Best Showhome”; Best Building Systems”; “Operations Management”; “General Excellence”; and “After Sales Service”. Our contribution was recently recognized by Joe La Grouw, founder of Lockwood Homes, in a book published by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust where he was quoted –“Awards are presented to franchisees who achieve excellence. In 2002 the owner of a Hamilton based company, ‘Kingsbeer Homes’ was the top franchisee for that year. His after sales service and good communication skills were the reason he received this award.” Our administration and legal documentation is in the capable hands of Sue Kingsbeer, winner of the “Clear Self-employed Woman of the Year” award, in recognition of her outstanding business skills in our building company. We are also proud to have been double nominees for the Waikato Business Excellence Awards.
