I've worked with Jared since 2004. We've built seven homes together. Jared is honest, straight forward and extremely well organized. Fantastic person + an organized, extremely knowledgeable, and detail oriented contractor (and team)! Jared just completed a multi-phase remodel on my now 3,000 square foot house, including adding a basement. The total project was three phases over five years, with the phases lasting 3, 4 and 12 months respectively. Each phase ran on time and within budget. At this point, Jared and his team have touched all elements of the interior and exterior of my home and property. Jared knows construction; he knows all the numerous details it takes to deliver the highest quality in craftsmanship. He also knows how to execute and build a high-design aesthetic from nothing but an image or an idea. No detail goes overlooked. Jared and his team are organized. His budgeting, estimating, invoicing, and general bookkeeping are efficient, updated regularly, and shared with clients. He has a list of subcontractors that are prompt and well-managed by Jared and his team. And lastly, Jared is friendly -- a straight-shooter who is happy and easy to work with during the process. His brother works as his foreman and most of the subcontractors worked on all three phases of my home. Jared and his team have a strong relationship with the town I live in, so communicating with the town around inspections and permits went smoothly. I would hire him again....
