Paradise North Pools & Spas

We booked Paradise North in January for our pool, hot tub and landscaping job to be completed in early August. Our installation was completed on time and very much to our satisfaction. Glenn provided us with all the options and cost estimates as our land is very rocky. After three years I still return for all my pool and hot tub needs. They are very trustworthy and I have always had complete confidence that I was getting very fair pricing. When we require servicing they always show up promptly and have been professional and friendly.

I have no experience with Paradise North regarding swimming pools. But I have had experience with their service. Let me tell you, they WILL solve your problem, and leave you smiling. In my case it was a hot tub. I was ready to scrap the darned thing. The motor quit. There was over 5 years on the cover and it was deteriorating badly. I peeked into the internet and found the cost of new motors, as well as the cost of new covers. I was convinced that it would be worthwhile to just junk it and buy a new one. Then I called Paradise North. I learned that they could have a cover made in 3 to 4 weeks. I also learned that they could rework the motor to run like new. the motor was repaired overnight and reinstalled the next day. So I ordered a cover from them. it arrived before 4 weeks and was installed. I GET TO KEEP MY HOT TUB AND IT' JUST LIKE NEW. Great service. All I had to do was pay them!

Disappointed. Spent thousands of dollars correcting major problems from landscaping (sinking patio stones, railing into pool lifting, causing leg damage to me, etc ). Had them back numerous times to fix problems. unqualified and poorly trained staff. Replaced a pump and the replacement was a pump from 2012?? this is 2017. had to replace second pump. No warranty card or instructions given to us. Comment - just come to us when there is a problem. Rusted cup where railing goes into ground to hold it properly. Ordered safety cover which never came on (After two years). Bought cover and installation elsewhere who had to redo complete patio stones around pool. Put in cement to hold things in place. considering further action. Timeline not met, knowledge and quality of work poor. STAY away from this outfit. PAID APPROX 41,000!!!!!!!!

Paradise North Pools & Spas are customer oriented. They listen and respond to every inquiry we have concerning our inground pool. Technicans respond promptly to non-emergency calls and are very helpful and forthcoming with information or advice on how we can manage our inground more efficiently. Not only efficient regarding pools and spas, they also do superb work with interlocking block! They can build a beautiful pool or spa area in or around your pool! Highly recommend them!!

We hired this company after receiving a few quotes for a in ground pool installation. Paradise North's price was competitive, but the knowledge and insight from the team sold us on them. The project is presently underway and things are proceeding as explained. I feel confident that our decision to choose Paradise North was the right one.
