We recently completed a kitchen/living room renovation with Pacific and worked with David C., James D. and Colin in wrapping things up. After starting our project with another very unprofessional company, David and his crew came through to get us to the finish line and complete the work to our satisfaction. Pacific even brought in additional resources toward the end of the project when we ran over schedule to ensure we finished at a reasonable time. It was important for us to work with a full-service company that would take care of everything - engineering, 3D modeling, construction, permit procurement, etc. Pacific provides all of this and really are a "one-stop shop". This was very important to us as we didn't have the time or know how to find freelancers to do each part of the job separately. David and his team made sure things were completed up to standard and always told us he wanted "clients for life". He definitely earned that from us.

We contracted Pacific Construction to add a new bedroom to our house, raise our living room ceiling, install a skylight, and finally add a walk-in closet to our master bedroom. If just rating on the end product, I would've given them 5 stars, but their focus on customer satisfaction also deserves 5 stars. As with most renovation projects, there were a few missteps with our project, but it was how the company, specifically David Canei, handled those issues that impressed me. When my wife and I weren't getting the type of service we wanted from our Project Manager, David stepped in and took over and made every effort to make things right. He was very responsive via email or phone and gave my wife and me a peace of mind that our project was back on track and in good hands. Just some general advice I would give to anyone looking to start a renovation project, speak to several contractors, do your homework on them, and when you finally select one, make sure you get all of the discussed work in writing and as detailed as possible. That last part will help you when you encounter issues and come into a situation where it's your word versus theirs, but if you have the issue in question in writing, then you have the leverage.

These guys know what they are doing and that is why they are a diamond certified company. I only use diamond certified businesses because it is hard to obtain the certification and I know there is a lot of research involved. I needed a simple 500 sqft room addition to my house. I essentially wanted to add a guest room/ sun room and wanted to hire people that wouldn’t cut corners. I am critical when it comes to work being done and I was present for the entire project. My project manager was cool and I liked that he listened to me and was attentive. Pacific Construction made the design that I created happen and I am glad I do not regret my decision in choosing them. I would highly recommend this diamond certified company to any of my friends and family.

I hired Pacific Construction for installation of kitchen counter and sink, including plumbing installation. I was very pleased with the work they did. My only criticism is better schedule management and coordination between the 2 contacts that I worked with. However, that is minor given the quality of their work and overall price.

Talk about a makeover! My 30 year old house looks brand new. I saw the work they did at a neighbors house and was amazed with the workmanship. They applied every detail to my remodel as they did the neighbors. The work crew was very attentive to detail and didn't flinch at any last minute changes (add ones).

I was looking for a reliable contractor to fix our roofing in The Bay Area and a friend recommended Pacific Construction and Design and now I know why. Our project manager, Mike, was quite great - he never seemed stressed or had the "just get it done attitude." He is exactly the kind of person we could trust to get the project done right. The quality of workers was beyond what I had hoped. I experienced great customer service - I had an issue with the gutter and within 48 hours they came over and were able to fix the issue immediately. They were very thorough, efficient, clean, and organized. The project was done in a timely manner with no delays. I can also rest assured because the company offers a great warranty. I have been meaning to write this review for some time now, my family and I have been enjoying our remodeled home so much I just haven’t had time. I received everything I asked for my kitchen was in a mess old counters, worn cabinets, outdated kitchen sink, crack tile floor, it was bad. I made an appointment to have Pacific Construction & Design came out, Mike was very pleasant my husband and I felt very comfortable with him from the start. We explained what we wanted and needed for our kitchen, he showed us visuals of what we asked. It was great, my husband and I our now thinking what is all this going to cost. The price was perfect for our remolding budget. The work started on time every day, the workers were respectful, very clean and organized. The job was completed on time and we received everything we asked for. I have a beautiful, newly remodeled kitchen and I love it, love, love it. PC and D was helpful and easy to work with! I recently had them remodel one of my guest bathrooms that I had been putting off for many years. I finally decided to make it happen this summer after a friend told me about the excellent job they did on his bathroom. Its a night and day difference from how the bathroom looked before. Its so nice to walk into the bathroom and everything is new and modernized. Its also great to have confidence in my bathroom when I have guests over. Before, I felt like the old grimy bathroom was gross and put people off, but now I frequently get complements on how nice it looks. When people ask, I always tell them about the great work done by PC and D! Hope everyone has the opportunity to use them.

Over the summer we did a large kitchen remodel through Pacific Construction & Design. Throughout the entire process they were always very easy to communicate with, and they finished the project 3 days before the estimated date. Our project manager Ben was consistently checking in with us to make sure we were happy with every step along the way, and continued to check in for a few weeks after to make sure that everything was working properly and we were satisfied with the end result.

My sister told me about this place and thank goodness she did. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt this one was very deserved. I had a vision for my kitchen that I wasn't quite sure how to move forward with. All of the staff were friendly and informative throughout the entire process. I hired PCD to remodel our kitchen and put in hardwood floors in our first level. The floors stood out to me the most! I love having hardwood floors and highly recommend Pacific Construction and Design for any of your home improvement needs. I will definitely go through the same company for any future projects!
