I bought a Groupon for 2 hours of decluttering and was skeptical as to how much would get accomplished, but Brenda was a rock-star!! She has an amazing ability to dive in and get it done. We managed to organize my front hall closet and virtually all of my small kitchen in 2 hours! Brenda left me with a clear plan as to how to proceed with the rest of the kitchen and I now have two empty shelves!! I highly recommend her services and will definitely return for future projects. Brenda and her team (Lori & Nora) transformed my place, freeing up so much space and making it easy for me to keep on top of, and prevent more clutter. I agree with Alexandra that you must be prepared for this team to go through all of your personal belongings.

What a pleasure it was working with Brenda and her team.! This was my second move in 2 years and to say I was overwhelmed would be an understatement!. When I spoke with Brenda beforehand she was very clear about the process and the potential costs. Our conversation left me feeling relieved and excited and in the end my confidence in Organized Zone was not misplaced. Not only did all of our belongings get packed and labelled in a timely way but Brenda also helped me deliver belongings to Value Village and pet shelters. She also connected me with a consignment shop who sold my couches for an excellent price when I'd been planning to send them to the dump! If you have a move coming up, do yourself a favour and hire Brenda and her wonderful team to give you a hand, I can recommend them with absolutely no reservations!

Brenda is the Best Organizer for any of your needs! Brenda and her team are the most efficient, kind, smart and capable individuals of any I have ever met and I am quite picky and notice all and they did not miss one beat. Not only did they get the job done while respecting my wishes but they made a job that I was loathing at the idea of even getting started for decades done and in a manner that made it pleasant and fun. They are not only more than proficient at their work they are game changers and have most definitely changed my life for the better. I’m now on a roll that I could not have started on my own. They are also all kind and compassionate, I feel like I made 3 new friends! My only regret was not finding them sooner!! I will definitely have them back to complete other projects and to keep me on top of things so I never fall back into my old habits. I can’t thank Brenda and her team enough for all of their help in a non judgemental and honest manner. I’d highly recommend Brenda to anyone in need of any sort of organization from filing to kitchen and beyond!

Brenda with her team of two made our move incredibly easy because they know exactly what to do and how to work as a team with their clients. They were extremely respectful of my 90+ mother and made her comfortable with their process. They worked efficiently but carefully and nothing was broken or chipped. I recommend Brenda, no need to look anywhere else.

We have had the opportunity to work with the Organized Zone Team (Brenda, Lorie and Nora) on more than one occasion.... Maybe 5 or More!!! Our situation was unique.... Maybe? My parents and ALL the contents of their condo moved in with us June 2013. Our basement, of a 3300 sq ft home was FULL to the brim! We lived like this for several years, I was very unhappy.... My mother, unfortunately, passed May 2015 and a year later it was finally time for me to let go. I searched and searched on the internet, read all the reviews and searched again until I found something unique... Organized Zone, Brenda. I called her and instantly I fell in love! We met and talked about everything, she is so patient and understanding. I met her team and from here on in the rest is the future, my future! To make a long story short, we sold this house, with the outstanding help of Brenda and Team. They not only helped me to declutter, but staged our house to sell, over asking, within one week. Thank you Brenda, Lorie and Nora, we could not have done this without you! To move on... Our new home, half the size..... Without Brenda and Team I could not have done this! To let go of "things" and "stuff" was very hard for me, but with the Love, Understanding and Patience I received from the entire team, it was not easy, but very much appreciated and respected. Now that I look back, it was the best thing I ever did!!!! I have stayed in communication and will be hiring this Team again very soon. I can't say enough about Brenda and her team. They saved my disorganized life TWICE. Not only are they efficient but they are also good listeners. Look no further if you need saving from clutter.

After years of accumulating stuff at a faster rate than what was going out, as well as a marriage, a baby, and multiple moves I finally decided it was time to get help downsizing my stuff and decluttering, i.e. I was overwhelmed and did not know where to begin. Brenda came to my home for an estimate and I liked her immediately: she was upfront, nonjudgmental, and exuded confidence from years of experience. Brenda arrived as scheduled with Laurie and Nora, and I could not think of any three people who are better suited to their field. You have to be ready to have others go through every single item of personal belongings. From start to finish, they were professional, encouraging, fun to be around, hard working (they barely stopped all day), and committed to creating a system that was thoughtfully planned out and could be realistically maintained. At the end of our four days, I felt like we had been on a journey together, and we were all happy with the results! I wasn't necessarily ready for the cost, however I now have my summer to focus on what is really important- time spent with family, and a model for my child that less is better and everything has a home. I cannot say enough how much I valued the experience of hiring help with organizing and most especially the people I chose to help me. I highly recommend Organized Zone with Brenda and her team, and will call her again in future.

Organized Zone is one of the best companies I have ever hired!!! They are so super calm and eliminate a huge amount of stress for anyone needing their services. Extremely super organized, efficient and really do an amazing job. They helped with unpacking, moving things into closets, cupboards, drawers, etc, organizing them so beautifully as they worked their way through everything. Everyone should hire them to help with a move or organizing their space.

Brenda has an amazing ability to zero in on my real needs, and then deliver cost-effective practical solutions, typically using things I already own. She understands what works and helped me reorganize to ensure that my busy household runs smoothly and efficiently. Her coaching and streamlining leads to great satisfaction and is worth every penny!

Brenda and her team of professional organizers are fantastic! I consider myself to be very organized and prefer to be in control but sometimes life can get overwhelming and let's face it, there are only so many hours in a day. I enlisted Brenda and her team many years ago and have used them for moving, remodelling for residential, commercial, small jobs and big jobs. Not only are they very professional and efficient but Brenda is very compassionate and sensitive to her clients needs. I would highly recommend the Organized Zone to anyone and I will continue using them as my needs change.
