We are a young, exciting architectural practice with fresh ideas and a positive outlook, specialising in the delivery of contemporary commercial, residential, hospitality and mixed use projects that meet client’s aspirations. We are a group of professionally qualified, registered Architects who have been nurtured in leading architectural practices, and who are committed to high quality, design led architecture that enhances the urban and natural environments. Preliminary services are conducted on a time charge basis of £70 per hour up to the stage where planning permission has been obtained. Fee proposals are produced for all projects that extend beyond this stage in order that costs are known to the client before proceeding further with the project, or if we are appointed for full service. Fee proposals are conducted on a lump sum basis and agreed with the client before becoming payable over a series of months.
