I regard 5 star reviews as "exceeding expectations" and that's what Old Country Tile did for me. Cookie initially welcomed me very pleasantly on a very busy Saturday. She arranged samples for me and promised to get back to me re the pricing of a vanity I was interested in. The call came the next business day from a different sales person as Cookie was off just, to let me know that they hadn't forgotten about me and that the quote was going to be given the next day. And so it was... Old Country Tile gave me confidence in their services and I eventually decided to work with them on a new bathroom. Thank you DJ, for ending a two months ordeal in 30 min.! He displayed several arrangements in a matter of minutes (what an eye!) and put together the bathroom I have been envisioning. He patiently replaced pieces to meet my budget, keeping close to the original arrangement. Patience, courtesy and professionalism. This business is a model of how things are done when the sales people care about each other and their business.

We've been using OCCT for many years now and we have never been disappointed! Their products are state of the art, and the styles and colors they choose to display are everything I could ask for in designing for my clients. Their showroom is set up to make selecting easy, the showroom staff are awesome and treat you like a valued customer, whether you are there to buy a metal strip or a full room of tile. They will always go out of their way to make sure I have all that I need and retrieve additional tile when the calculations change on a job, and expedite the additional so I can complete my jobs on time and on budget.
