Odell Construction's Design Build process was just right for us. They provided many ideas for our kitchen and bathroom remodels during the design phase. Once we got to construction, the quality of the work, the professionalism and friendliness of the crew, and the excellent on-going communication about our project contributed to our satisfaction. They delivered the project on time and at the price we agreed to, with no hidden surprises. Our 100+ year old house had its challenges, and Odell helped us bring it up to date, meshing new with old, while keeping the original character. We were also able to incorporate many universal design features into the construction that should enable us to age in place, not always an easy feat in an existing older home.

We contracted with O’Dell for a remodel of our 18 year old house. Justin and his team listened closely to what we liked and didn’t like about our kitchen. From there, they provided an estimate of cost (that was a little low) and started building plans. We met several times to refine the plan to our liking, including 3D models. After selections were made, we were given a project plan that was followed almost to the day. The construction itself was done with meticulous detail and respect for our home. While in the final stages of completion, the pandemic started and the ODell team picked up the pace to get us a working kitchen. At the same time, they instituted safety procedures to keep us all safe. While the project ended up costing a little more than the original estimate, we absolutely love our beautiful new kitchen. All of our changes solved the issues we had with our previous design. We would absolutely work with the ODell team again for remodeling projects and will recommend them to friends!

Remodel/renovation of entire first floor of our 1970’s split level home, including complete kitchen renovation. Odell Construction was very thorough, efficient, complete and professional in executing this turnkey project.

I've had Odell Construction for 4 remodels. One for a remodel of my mother's kitchen (new cabinets flooring sliding glass door etc),and my house 3 times, master bedroom ceiling coffered, master bath all new new tub ,shower, flooring. A new surround in my hall bath and shower doors, also a basement remodel ,over 8 1/2 feet of cabinetry in TV viewing area, kitchenette area also created with sink and full size refrigerator, cabinets including a pantry, can lighting in entire basement entertainment area kitchenette and additional room, they removed old glued down carpet and replaced it with ceramic tile, all over electrical sockets where required. Made a door out of matching cabinet door to cover electrical panel. Took care of all coordination with sub contractors, city permits and me Lastly I just had a total gut of my kitchen including my 2 level ceiling which has electrical, plumbing ,vents and other stuff that all had to be lifted. All new kraft made cabinets, additional pantry installed also under cabinet lighting can lights and Chandelier over dining area, new ceiling.. Primed and painted walls and ceiling. Remove all solid wood stained doors took them back to the shop sanded, primed , and painted white and they are beautiful. Changed all Hardware in my entire house to brushed nickle lever door knobs and hinges. Removed old kitchen tile prep the floor and replaced it with new kitchen tile. Installed a brand new window over my kitchen sink I have beautiful quartz countertops and beautiful appliances, Maytag. New composite granite sink and faucet. All permits and coordination and inspections were done by Odell Construction. I did not have to worry about anything workers were prompt everyday and worked till 6 at night. Very trustworthy.before work began Justin Odell had plans for my kitchen including all the electrical connections and cabinet layouts etc , very detailed all subcontractors and Odell construction workers worked from these plans . These plans were left for me for future reference. I would highly recommend Odell Construction for any constructions you may have in your home.

Odell Construction is a phenomenal company to work with. This was our third remodel and after an aggressive vetting progress my only regret is we didn't hire them for the other two. From planning, design, pre-construction meeting to execution of the project they were on time and on budget. No surprises and for a complete kitchen remodel down to the studs in the wall that says a lot. They also respect that we were living in our home while the work is going on. Their daily cleanup was meticulous, laying down carpets so we could move though the kitchen to the basement where we setup our temporary kitchen while work was being done. They have a very strong attention to detail and focus on quality and craftsmanship. The communication with the crew and owner from start to finish exceeded our expectations and we'd get a wrap up of what happened that week and what the weeks ahead looked like so we were always in the loop as to what was happening and what was coming next. If your considering any type of remodel I would put them on your list of people to contact.

Bathroom Remodel – Odell Construction, Inc. Description of work: Complete master bathroom remodel: Remove all fixtures, wall mirror and cabinets and ceramic tile floor. Install shower, tub, cabinets, sinks and toilet. Description: We were extremely satisfied with the services performed by Odell Construction. The price was fair and reasonable for the amount of work performed. He did not nickel-dime us on every little thing. Justin has a change order process in place to ensure full knowledge and approval of the scope of work and any price changes that may be required before or during the time that the work is being done. Justin came out to measure and determine exactly what we expected to have done and to take measurements as well. He listened carefully, took detailed notes, and provided design input in areas where we needed help. He supplied us with the names of quality vendors for our fixtures. During the entire process, he was helpful and did not hesitate to answer our questions. We received a detailed estimate and a proposed time schedule. Justin was flexible and able to work with our schedule. He was quite conscientious in following up on the orders for the materials and fixtures that were required to ensure that the work would commence on the scheduled starting date. Justin’s people were very skilled and hardworking. They took great care to cover and protect our furniture and floors from damage and dust, and as the job went on, they were always willing to answer our questions and were responsive to our concerns. In cases where Justin may need to work with subcontractors for part of the work, such as plumbing or electrical, he always deals with the same people. We found the subcontractors to have the same qualities and attention to detail as his full-time crew. Justin, in addition to being very skilled himself, is also an excellent business manager with outstanding management skills. He knew what was happening at every stage of the remodel. He has a system where he receives updates from his crew every afternoon, or even sooner as questions arise. He will then come out to the job if required to ensure that any issues are resolved. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the performance of Odell Construction, including the quality of the work, the professionalism and care of the workmen and responsiveness to any concerns. This is a quality construction company. The finished job looks wonderful and we plan to hire Odell Construction for any future remodeling projects.

I contracted Odell construction this past summer to redesign and completely remodel a master bath to replace a small shower and tub with a roll in shower and other changes to handle handicap persons. I required the changes to be done at a specific deadline. The workmanship was excellent and the deadline was meant. It was a pleasure working with Justin and his workers and the workmanship was excellent. The original quote was held to. I would recommend them for future projects.

We can't say enough good things about Justin Odell. The quality of his company's work is exceptional. Our kitchen remodel was done within the given timeframe and there were no surprises on the final cost. Justin is a talented perfectionist and so good to work with. Description of Services Odell Construction oversaw an update of our kitchen and modified cabinetry in a bedroom. In the kitchen, this included: overseeing the project; customizing cabinets by adding roll-out shelving; facing cabinet ends; removal of old and installation of new counters, sink, fixtures and disposal; and replacement of 1 entry and 2 storm doors. In the bedroom, Odell Construction converted what had been a relatively inefficient window seat/cabinet in to a window seat with 2 roll out drawers that are now ideal for storage, a laundry hamper, etc. Review We were extremely pleased with every phase of the services performed by Odell Construction. The work was done when promised, on-time and on budget. We believe the price was fair and reasonable for the quality and amount of work performed. We also believe that IF any issue should arise with any services provided, Odell Construction will stand behind its work, The process began with Justin O'Dell meeting with us for us to explain our needs. He listened carefully, made helpful suggestions as to more economical or efficient alternatives and took detailed notes. We then received a detailed estimate and a proposed time schedule. The work commenced very close to the estimated starting date, The workers were prompt, polite and left our home as clean and undisturbed as possible. Odell Construction provided a temporary faucet and sink so we would not be without water in our kitchen during the period from when the old counters were removed until the new ones could be measured, crafted and installed. The new counters fit beautifully and look fantastic, The cabinetry work was very well done and allowed us to retain our existing cabinets but with an updated look which fit perfectly with our new counters. The replacement doors are a huge improvement and were installed without any harm to walls. We did have one very minor issue a slide on one of the bedroom drawers that we called to Justin's attention. The matter was resolved immediately without question. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the performance of Odell Construction, including the quality of the work, the professionalism and care of the workmen and responsiveness to any concerns. We believe the price was fair and reasonable for the work performed.

Complete kitchen remodel. Gutted kitchen, installed new window, cabinets, counter top, sink, appliances, flooring, lighting, removed wall paper, painted walls. There are not enough good things I can say about Justin Odell and his workers. Professional, personable, hard working. I couldn't be happier. This is a professional company - bonded, insured, registered with the city. Justin, the company owner is very easy to work with and is very accommodating. For example, after the first coat of paint dried, I didn't like the color - no big deal, he helped me pick another color and they repainted. I felt very comfortable with Justin and his staff. I am very happy with the quality of work and highly recommend.

Odell Construction remodeled a bathroom, replaced flooring with hardwood on the entire main level and replaced carpeting throughout the second floor. The crew was skilled and professional. All of the workers were respectful, prompt and trustworthy. They cleaned up everyday before they left. Justin Odell is very involved in all phases of the project from product selection to final completion. We are very satisfied with the results. We will hire this company again for the next phase of our home remodel. It was a positive experience from beginning to end.
