From start to finish, Carlos was excellent both in communication and in his work. He helped us understand our options, was prompt in providing us design images and was always clear on dates, times, and expectations. Even on the day of the job, he was willing to take our feedback and make changes to the closets as needed. And the results speak for themselves, everyone thinks our closets are beautiful, and we were so impressed after doing the first two in our house, that we later had him come back to do three more. I can't recommend him highly enough. Reasonably priced, excellent work, and incredible results.

f I could give Carlos 10 stars, I would. You can tell he takes tremendous pride in his work. He is true to his word and exceeds expectations. He came to our home to take measurements, we asked for input on the location of our build in and what he would recommend and he was honest and thorough. He provided virtual designs via email as well. Carlos and his team installed 2 closets ( a build in and a walk in closet in our home) over a 2 day period. He was timely, neat, and exact to the designs we agreed upon. He was outstanding in his efforts to create a vision of what our closets could look like. Not only did he help create the vision, but he executed the craftsmanship in a flawless fashion. While other custom closet companies recommended that we pull out and discard our current closet materials, Carlos recommended we reuse the old closet materials to build custom cabinetry in our garage. Not only did we get great custom closets, but we also have beautifully a designed and organized garage now. We highly recommend Carlos and NJ Custom Closets. They do fantastic work efficiently and in a timely fashion.
