Shoddy construction, no attention to detail and poor quality control. I used this company for cabinet construction and install. My mother used them as well and I am seeing the same sort of thing, at first glance everything looks okay... when you start to look and use the cabinets you start to see the problems. I would not use them again.

Prime Tech surpassed all of my expectations from materials, design innovation and quality of product to scheduling, installation and customer service. We did an entire house remodel and all the cabinets in the house were replaced, including a kitchen that doubled in size and was completely redesigned...by Kaz. The cabinets and drawers are as beautiful inside as they are outside and the many special features offered, provide ergonomics and make for more efficiency of space. I LOVE my cabinets and working with Prime Tech, from first entering their showroom and meeting Nina, through the design process with Kaz, to the very last balances and adjustments from Danny and his team, was such a positive experience. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is above and beyond and never did I feel I was “left hanging”. Every email and phone call was answered immediately and the schedule set forth from the beginning was fulfilled as promised. I have already recommended Prime Tech to several friends and will continue to recommend them!

Pros: 1. used great material 2. very punctual and finished by promised deadline 3. so easy to get a hold of staff working on my house 4. No questions asked when I needed adjustments here and there 5. Friendly family business that gave me a good feeling to work with and built trust. Cons: 1. I wish they did flooring too :(
