Exceptional Service and dedication during the whole hvac installation process. The techs took the time to educate myself on everything they were doing and provided information on how to maintain my system. No doubt I will be going with them in the future.

Avoid Nice Home Services I had a poor experience with them. I had them out to my home several times to repair my gas fireplace. After spending thousands of dollars my unit was still not repaired. They suggested an additional $6K to fix it or $10K to replace the unit. I thought this odd so I sought a second opinion. After spending $2,500 with a different company my issues with the fireplace were resolved. The other firm spent the time to troubleshoot in a thoughtful manner. I can only assume that the Nice Home Services technician was inexperienced, lazy or driven by commission. Steer clear of this company.

I have used nice home services in the past and I had a great experience but this time it was rough. I went back to them based on my past experience but this time I had to argue with representative and technician for an hour to prove that they miscommunicated. They went through a 20 minute recording of our previous conversations and finally apologized, so overall, the appointment didn't go that well. They are very professional otherwise.

Very prompt and willing to accommodate our schedule. Technicians were timely, very organized, and did a thoroughly professional job on HVAC and plumbing jobs. The technician was knowledgeable and offered reasonable alternative solutions. Company management was willing to work with me on pricing and scheduling. We had an excellent experience.

Very nice to deal with. Were quick doing the instillation, No problems with any of the workers at all. The salesman was very personable and ready to answer any questions. Very pleased.

I've dealt with Darnell before getting a quote for a new system at my old house. So, knowing we are heading that way with our new home NICE Home Services and Darnell were my first call. He is always very professional and also explains everything.

This company is worth to give them a good recommendation. They are punctual, and does respect your home. For example wearing booties not bringing dirt to the house from their shoes. Prices are reasonable for this area. I will recommend them to my friends.

I have used NICE Home Services for all my HVAC, gas fireplace, and insulation needs for several years now. Their staff is always professional and courteous; they do a wonderful job of keeping you informed of their arrival and are very careful to be clean and tidy within the house (including putting booties on/off over their shoes every time they head in and back out). Over the past 4 years, they have replaced my furnace, my A/C, installed a beautiful new gas fireplace, installed Nest Protect units, and most recently just blew insulation into my attic after they discovered I had less than half the current required rated amount. They have an excellent annual maintenance plan in which they come out each spring and fall to do an inspection of your A/C (spring) or furnace & gas fireplace (fall) to make sure things are in working order, which I really appreciate. Their customer service is very good; always responsive and quickly address any issues (which are few and far between). I've already recommended them to neighbours, friends, and family, so am happy to recommend them here.

Absolute WORST experience I've ever had with any contractor (and I've dealt with MANY contractors over the years). First, I called and scheduled an appointment with them in which case, THEY gave me a window of 12-5 the following day. So I took a half day off from work only to sit at home waiting for a tech who NEVER SHOWED UP and NEVER CALLED to let me know!!!! What the heck!!! Who does that? It wasn't until AFTER I ripped 'em on Angie's List that they called back wanting a second chance to get it right. So, okay... I rescheduled for the weekend. And, yes, they showed up this time. But... It wasn't long before I figured out on my own that a) the tech they sent was highly incompetent and b) he was really only there to try and sell me a brand new HVAC system. During his visit I counted 5 times that he mentioned the 0% financing for 12 months and the scare tactics such as mold, dust, etc, that's a health hazard and can cause all these illnesses, etc. While he DID do some diagnostics, all he wanted to talk about was the 0% financing for 12 months and 'this is a no brainer, right'? Then he quotes me $12,000 for a new system!!!! Are you FREAGIN kidding me?!?!? That's outrageous. And... That's NOT what I called for. I called to have my system FIXED at least for the time being. But that's not the end of the story... The tech was able to fix my A/C problem but later in the day when I tried using the heat, I got nothing... So we scheduled ANOTHER appointment for 2 days later. Same tech, same scare tactics, and same sales pitch. In addition, he could not diagnose where the problem was. Instead, he wanted to replace parts in the heat pump starting with the defrost board and if that didn't work, then it's probably the relay switch, and if that didn't work... Wow! Really? And the price for the defrost board alone was $958 and it goes up from there. Finally, I asked the (incompetent little) tech to close it up and I'll think about what I want to do. What I ended up doing was calling another company who diagnosed the problem to be the actual thermostat, changed it out, got the A/C and heat running perfect and only charged me $320. Additionally, he gave me a more honest and reasonable quote of $5,500 for a replacement system. We all know the saying... "Buyer be ware". Consider yourself warned.

Nice Home Services did a fantastic job from start to finish. The temperature in our home is the same on all 3 levels. We love it. No more hot and cold rooms. We replaced our oil furnace with a high efficient heat pump. The air cleaners have done an amazing job in removing the smell and dust. No more wheezing and sneezing and no more smelly ducts. Nice Home Services also completed the installation of our propane fireplace and repaired our attic fan. All is well and we are very satisfied with Nice Home Services.
