Nicholas L. Faustini Architect PC is the "Top Shelf" of Westchester County. Nick and his team helped us to build out an assembly space in Yonkers. Nick's extensive experience shows in everything he does! I wouldn't think of using anyone else for commercial or residential! Period!! True professional!

I reached out to Nick Faustini Architect PC for a new bathroom addition to my home. I can tell you that Nick has exceeded every expectation I've had. He is a knowledgeable, timely, patient and always easy to reach when needed. He does his research before even visiting your home, and really listens to the customer and their needs. If you are in need of an excellent architect do not hesitate to use Nicholas L. Faustini Architect PC, you won't regret it.

Nick Faustini did an outstanding job helping us envision and plan a kitchen/dining room/mudroom renovation. Everything went smoothly and we love our new, bright, open space. Nick is a professional and very easy to work with.

Nick helped us through a recent patio legalization. He took care of all details expediently and professionally. If we weren't moving out of the area we would not hesitate to enlist Nick for any architectural projects.

Nicholas Faustini helped with a 3rd floor renovation on a 100 year old home with zero existing plans. He created very detailed accurate plans for the entire home. He translated my vision into a detailed plan that the city approved the first time around! Best part is once your a customer he prioritizes you and responds timely. He was extremely informative about all of the local compliance rules and regulations and made me aware of what would cost more money (adding a dormer would mean I would need sprinklers etc) He was readily available when we needed his expertise when we found a structural issue during demolition , within 3 days he updated the plans and submitted back to the city. I had confidence in my project as a result of the plans submitted. Highly recommended

Nick was wonderful to work with. He was highly professional, approachable, courteous, and very responsive. Having had no prior experience with home renovations, it was such a relief to work with an architect that was patient and provided answers to all our questions. Nick filed all paperwork with the town on our behalf and diligently followed up with the town officials to ensure a timely delivery of the approvals. Furthermore, he recommended a great contractor, which was extremely helpful, since we were new to the area.

Our contractor recommended we work with Nicholas Faustini and I'm so happy that he did. Nicholas was great to work with. He was very professional and did all the required drawings in the time that we agreed upon. He also was so easy to work with and I had to call him several times to ask him questions. He was always available and took the time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend Nicholas!

It was not easy to find an architect in Westchester, City of Yonkers (to deal with the DOB) but when we reached out to Nick to have our business blue print drawn we landed on safe hands. He came to our business, gave us a proposal for the project and the rest is history. Very respectful and approachable person, upon meeting Nick you know everything will be okay that’s the feeling we got and indeed everything went great. Thank you so much Nick from the 600 Deli & Grill
