Within a couple weeks of meeting Louise with initial plans for a project, she had what we wanted in a prefab down. Not only was she able to intuitively read what features or functions we needed the second time we met, but also she could adjust the project cost down to where we wanted it to be and still keep us happy with the design. She was able to get us excited about the project even though it was our first time ever undertaking such an ambitious building project--buying land to build on in urban LA! Unfortunately, the plan never saw the light for reasons totally unrelated to Louise's ability and control. We would hire Louise and her team again anytime if we wanted to undertake anything like this again. Thanks, Louise, for giving us a glimpse into the exciting world of innovative, modern prefabs. We loved it!

Louise is one of the few outside the box designers in our industry in California. She is very homeowner focused and always pushes us in the design of the Modular and Manufactured homes that we build.

I have worked Louise on a number of design projects. She has a good understanding of space utilization and planning, traffic flow, natural lighting, and she recognizes small details that could go unnoticed but make differences in design.

Louise is an amazing designer. She understands how a house she be laid out. It has been such a pleasure working with her. I already had a specific idea in mind for my new house but when it came to the details it was overwhelming. Louise solved so many problems and/or concerns within minutes of them showing up. She came up with the perfect solution when I requested a laundry room that need to serve many functions. The best part was when I would send a cryptic email about changing something and she would know exactly what I meant and fix it immediately. It has been a wonderful experience and Louise has made it effortless

My experience with Superior Factory Homes has been more then awesome. Working alongside a very knowledgable professional like Louise has been nothing but self motivation from my personal development. From communication & skill set that Superior practices builds a great team/clientele that brings nothing but success. Even though modular homes aren't that big in scale the type of design expertise brought into them by Superior Homes is just how the name describes it.

Louise at Superior Factory homes did a remarkable job for us. Quality is when it turned out better than we expected!! We love our place. Louise is excellent planning new homes for customers. I have worked with Louise on multiple projects and we have developed a good working relationship. As the contractor on the job sight, I rely on Louise to keep me informed on the job specifications. I would recommend Louise for any future projects.
