A complex hybrid assignment utilising the removal and replacement of existing equipment and the provision of new, including a Toto bidet wc and sit down shower with separate heads. Excellent tiling. Overall standard of materials, design and installation first class with friendly staff who listened to and responded accurately to our needs. Highly recommended.

Absolutely first class project execution. Napier, under the direction and involvement of their ebullient and dedicated hands on owner completely renovated and refurbished our existing bathroom. Right from project conception and utilising their state of art virtual design tool, we were kept completely in the picture. Choice of tiles, replacement of existing furniture to double sinks, light ajustable large mirror and spacious walk in shower required complete stripping out and partial demolition, modification of existing plumbing and electrical wiring. The work was executed by excellent and meticulous tradesmen who, at the end of each day, ensured everything was cleaned up and left neat and tidy. Half way through the project, we requested an extension to the works which was also completed to our satisfaction. We can absolutely and thoroughly recommend this company as the final project completion is completely to our satisfaction.

When finally starting the renovation project on the house we took the recommendation of our neighbours for the smallest rooms in the house. From start to finish Napier bathrooms were wonderful. From initial consultations (and many meetings and conversations back and forth as we were very indecisive on a few items), through to execution of what we wanted within our budget it was a great experience. The entire team obviously care about what they do and showed great patience with us. The trades people carrying out the work also worked cleanly and efficiently. 8 months later and we are still very happy with our two new bathrooms. We will also now be recommending them to family, friends and neighbours.

We are so grateful to the Napier team for delivering us a bathroom which is more than we had expected or asked for. The design process was unique, the 4D virtual reality impressive and the kind and caring manner of all the showroom staff and the installation team. My wife has multiple physical problems and Napier were able to source assistance products that maintain dignity and style in our shared bathroom. We had no idea these amazing products even existed. They have brought my wife and I peace and comfort in the bathroom. The space works perfectly for us both and has some charming wellness features as far as mobility, lighting, warmth, showering comfort and safety too. Some minor snagging was required almost 6 months after the project and the team visited again, addressed them, and cleaned up after the simple settlement caused works. We do not hesitate in recommending them and their helpful family style. Good old-fashioned care and service which we appreciated very much.

We contracted Napier Bathrooms to refurbish our main bathroom. There were a few issues along the way during install which delayed a little, from previous shoddy work I believe, but they kept us informed at every step and ensured each of the issues were fixed this time around. The final result is just as we’d hoped, and although we were nervous that there would be snagging to follow, I was pleasantly surprised by how little there was. A few small things we noticed over the first week of use, and Johnny was very quick to have them fixed when we contacted him. We are very happy with the work that has been done and will look to contract them again when we move to have the en-suite refurbished in the near future.

After a good initial design, the installation of my en-suite commenced in February 2022. The installation has been fraught with mistakes and I suggest you look elsewhere for your bathroom refurbishment. A glossy showroom with 4D visualisation counts for nothing when the installation is so bad. The worst issue arose with the fitting of the tileable shower tray which failed multiple times. Post the first leak, the shower tray was re-fitted in September by Napier Bathrooms but this has also failed, with water escaping and causing damage to the wall and floor in the adjacent room. A report from an independent Chartered Surveyor identified multiple defects with the installation. The report confirmed that the shower tray had not been installed correctly. Further defects identified include the use of dot and dab for the wall tiling (with very large porcelain tiles) and no waterproofing around the walk-in shower area. In addition to the issues with the shower tray: the shower valve was plumbed incorrectly; multiple cracked wall tiles; two floor tiles started to lift; juddering sound when the toilet is flushed; underfloor heating has a gap in the middle of the room; screed spillage on to carpet in adjacent room. In my experience, the installation is substandard, the after-service is slow, the owner won’t take responsibility for their mistakes and, to add to the stress, the fitter may lose his temper and shout at you. During my project the Designer, Head of Operations and Head of Customer Service all left the company. The previous reviews on Houzz are positive about the designer Daniel but please be aware that he also changed company. The showroom may be award winning but the installations are most definitely not. I do not recommend this company.

Great services and products. We had a bathroom and en-suite shower Supplied and installed. Daniel was very helpful and patient and he addressed all of our concerns, We had several meetings and changes to our plans/products and there no issues! We are very happy with the end result and services we have received. Would definitely recommend Napier Bathrooms!
