Failure to install gutter umbrella on one side of home resulting in gutter failure and wood deterioration. Soffit failure as a result to the gutter pulling away. Water runs behind the gutter.

First rate team of people to deal with start to finish. They worked with my insurance to make sure everything ran smoothly (which it did). Good communication at all levels. The craftsmen that completed the job, did so in one day and did an AMAZING job of clean up! Love the color of the new roof.

Three days ago I called Mr. Roof because they have put a roof on my house about 6 years ago and I thought that the roof was leaking so they sent a young man out who was very professional ,very nice ,very concerned about my problem , turns out that the rain was coming n from all the holes that were n my chimney & not the roof . it was the mortar from the chimney that was the chimney . he took several pictures of the chimney, showed me what the problem was, then he took some of his tools and went back up on my roof and did what he could to temporarily prevent the rain from coming in through the mortar . He did not have to do that because it had nothing to do with the roof that Mr. Roof put on. I really appreciate his patients with me Juri was so calm & caring.because I was so sure that it was my roof leaking and I kept saying it but he was patient and I really appreciate that. thank you Mr. Roof you have a great employee and his name is Juri.

Excellent service and customer service. Our roof was replaced on a timely manner within a few hours. Mr. Roof took care of all the clean up and left nothing behind. We were very impressed with their professionalism & detailed follow up. We will work with Mr. Roof for any additional needs we may have in the future.
