I contacted my Local Mouser distributorship to design and install my dream kitchen. it is been over two years and the kitchen is still not installed. imagine living without your kitchen for over two years. It has been a nightmare one mistake after another. Mouser does not care I’ve spoken to the rep multiple times ,customer service multiple times. Mouser cabinetry obviously has no standards when it comes customer satisfaction! Do NOT USE MOUSER!!!

I Bought these cabinets way back in the 1980’s. I have had no issues at all with them., cabinets have survived 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and an occasional mad wife.... still look beautiful and well made .. I’m now looking to replacing doors simply for upgrade purposes..

On Tuesday, March 20, 2018 two members of the Mouser Cabinetry management team conferenced with the homeowner who purchased Mouser cabinetry in August of 2015 and posted comments and cabinet photos on this website. During the conference each issue identified by the homeowner was reviewed and the probable causes were discussed. Nearly all issues were the result of water damage, high humidity within the home, abrasive wear or impact damage; however, one possible manufacturing related issue was identified and included in the discussion.

Subsequently, a mutually acceptable plan was outlined with labor participation provided by the homeowner and factory refinishing of damaged doors and drawer fronts provided by Mouser Cabinetry. Additionally, it was mutually agreed that the homeowner would be responsible for the field repair work required on the water damaged cabinet. Currently, we are in the process of executing the agreed upon plan.

Founded in 1955, Mouser Cabinetry is a family owned and operated company whose management team and associates strive to provide quality custom cabinetry, outstanding support for our dealer partners and excellent service for those who invest in our products.

We are 25-year, 4-house, 6-project, 2-city customers and could not be more pleased. With each project we did look at competitive options, but we are so spoiled by Mouser quality that nothing else quite measured up. There are many beautiful alternatives, but Mouser has become, for us, a synonym for the best there is. (Side note - one our original projects, bedroom and den built-ins, has followed us, with adaptations from Mouser, about to be reinstalled in our fourth location, looking like brand new after each move and installation.)

We had our kitchen re done last summer' used the cabinets fron Ju,y to October and made a punch list for our builder since the finish was not in good shape. Well we only use the guardsmen as requested but he finish on these cabinets is horrible and our kitchen designer Asbury kitchens said this is normal. They are only replacing one door. I can't imagine what these will look like in 3 years. Terrible quality finish on nice wood cabinets

Comment from Mouser Cabinetry:

On August 2nd the owner of Asbury Kitchen & Bath, a representative of Mouser Cabinetry and the designer who completed the kitchen project visited the “jbirdsgram” residence to inspect the doors exhibiting wear near the decorative hardware. During the cabinet inspection it was determined the three doors showing wear could be easily repaired at the factory. Time lines were discussed with the homeowner and plans were made to collect the three doors scheduled to be returned to Mouser Cabinetry for minor refinishing work. The factory return and repair plan is currently in progress.

Additionally, a preferred cabinet cleaner was recommended to eliminate the fingerprints, grime and related residue found on some of the cabinet fronts. This preferred cabinet cleaner has been used throughout the kitchen, and based on recent reports, the homeowner is satisfied with the results.

Susan McGee - Designer I have worked with Mouser Cabinetry for close to 15 years. Their cabinets arrive on time (I mean to the hour), customer service answers all my questions . . . . sometimes with a chuckle, pricing is consistent, and they stand behind their product 100%. When a client comes into the showroom and can see and FEEL the difference in the finishes, it is easy for them to understand the quality of Mouser products. The semi-custom line Centra has the same quality finish as the Custom line of Mouser. Working with this company is a pleasure and is always my first choice.

We have been a dealer of Mouser Custom Cabinets for close to 10 years. We are very happy with the product and feel very comfortable designing and selling the product to even our most discerning clients. All of our clients have been ecstatic with the outcome and the quality of their purchase. We are very comfortable and happy with customer service and get the same long time employees every time on the phone. We have never had a problem and any service issue has always been handles with ease through warranty with no issues. The product always ships on the date given and always have amazing fast finish up for parts needed on a job site during installation as needed.
