I have been Monica's client for 6 years, now. Initially, she took over the process of doing up a flat for me in Fulham that I had inherited and was struggling with. She swooped in like a fairy god mother and it took her a week! Amazing value as she had all the right people on the spot and ran it like a military operation. She got much more rent than I expected as she was very familiar with the market and the right Agents to use, also the little touches that were important such as fresh flowers when viewings were taking place and the bigger ones like a more modern look in the kitchen and I was delighted. She dealt with everything, the Estate Agents, all. After which she managed it and dealt with every aspect impeccably. The rent dropped into my account every month without fail and I never had to worry about it again. I then got her to sell it for me when the time came as I owned it jointly with my brother and I asked her to help me to reinvest in another property. (I live abroad). Again, I was not disappointed. She did an excellent job. She viewed many properties for me, gave me a complete picture and scope of prices, what was on the market and when I made a decision she secured a good deal against tough opposition and made the sale go smoothly throughout. I could not recommend her enough. On a personal note, I have become extremely fond of her and know that she is a loving and kind mother in addition to her professional skills.

In 2012 we purchased a flat in Central London from Monica Davis which she had totally refurbished. After the purchase we retained Monica to manage our flat when we are not in London.
