We chose Mohsin Cooper for our basement conversation and Victorian property renovation in Hove and they were fantastic to work with. The project was fairly complex in terms of having adjoining properties but Abe and his team were brilliant throughout - creative, timely, practical and pragmatic. I'd definitely recommend them and would work with them again.

I wanted to gain planning permission for another floor on our detached bungalow in Brighton. We decided to use Mohsin Cooper as we felt they would be able to help us through the actual planning process (as they have a planning consultant who works in their company) and they would be able to create the perfect drawings for us. I am well aware I am not the easiest to deal with as I like everything to be just perfect and right. I like to make sure everything is taken into account and like to look through every detail. Mohsin cooper where beyond helpful & really understood the brief of what we wanted, working with them was quick, efficient & easy. They were able to achieve the additional floor through permitted development rights and provided us with the perfect drawings. Would & do recommend them to anyone who is needing architects
