The contractor we had at are site Zobair Afzali was very professional and understood what was expected from us and did all as we ask and clean up the mess afterwards . I would highly recommend this guy and product to anyone needing flooring done . Raymond Matte The Auburn Chilliwack

Caroline and the fellow she brought were amazing - she was so lovely and knowledgeable! Really great sales/customer service. They even came when it was snowing. Most of the final product was beautiful and top quality - worth the money. However (a BIG however) the installation service was awful. There were a lot of safety issues that occurred which could have resulted in injury or losing the house altogether had we not happen to be visiting the house. During deficiency fix visit, they didn't stick to our schedule even with calls and texts getting confirmation from them that our schedule was not a problem - they were shocked when we told them they had to leave because they went past the time we asked. The installers also cause more damaged (over $1000) to our home and 4 months later our restoration company is still dealing with it. You could say I'm floored (heh) at how the experience has been.

I recently had a flood and had MIRA flooring install my floors. Randall, from Mira flooring, and his staff did a great job. They set the date for my floors to be installed and delivered as promised. They were reliable and professional and hard working. Randall accommodated my time schedule in order to find the right product for my condo. My floors look great!

I have just had Mira install carpets in three rooms and am delighted with the result. The sales assistant in the store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the men who installed the carpets were very professional and did an excellent job. I have no hesitation in recommending Mira.

We had a new kitchen floor installed by Mira Floors this past November. There were a couple of issues with products, but this was resolved with only minor delays. We are very pleased with the final product and also found the service personnel very professional. I would certainly recommend Mira Floors to anyone.

I am a Commercial builder and have had an association with Mira floors for approx. ten years. The first project Kevin's team did for us was a multifamily fire restoration on oak street. This was an old building which inherently brings it's own unique set of problems. Kevin's team did nothing less than a first class Job by delivering thier end of the project on time and for the quoted price. Since then we have retained Mira Floors many times and each time we have received the same attention to detail and professional customer service. Kevin is an excellent problem solver and his word can be held with the highest regard. I do not hesitate in recommending the services of Mira floors

Although the price was a little more than what other companies were quoting, these guys had, by far, the best customer service and it made it all worth it. They listened to what we were looking for and gave suggestions. Came over twice for in-home sample showing and gave 2 estimates as we decided on a different product after doing more research. They arrived on time and got the job done in the time they had quoted. The work quality is excellent and we are so happy with our new engineered hardwood floors. I would book them again in an instant!
