Very satisfied with the product and the service! They are very selective with the manufactures they carry (many Canadian). They only sell quality products, but at really fair prices! I am am still amazed with the wood craftsmanship of the dining chairs I got. Thanks so much. I will definitely come back looking for more furniture

I've dealt with Mikaza repeatedly over the years and I am continually impressed by their knowledge (rare these days), chic inventory, and fair prices. I also love that they offer a significant amount of products that are made in Canada. My dining table, dining chairs, dining room chandelier, and coffee table are all from Mikaza, and with each purchase they've taken the time to ask me about my home, my design style, and my budget to help me find just the right fit. They even offered to let me try out pieces in my home before buying. Can't say enough good things about them!

Mikaza's customer service is very, very poor. I ordered 2 chairs, paid in full, and was told they would be delivered in six weeks. It has now been 12 weeks, and I have no chairs. Mikaza made no effort to communicate about the delay or fix the problem. After I pestered them they said the chairs would be delivered on a particular day. I took the day off work, stayed at home all day, and received no chairs and no call from Mikaza. I am beyond frustrated with them.
