Mighty Does

Thanks again, Mighty Does! I called after reading the yelp reviews and it was a great experience all around. Our h2o heater sprung a leak and spilled 60+ gallons of water all over our basement floor. We turned the water off to the house and I went to Home Depot to check out water heaters. I ended up buying one, along with a shop vac to clean up the mess, and came home. Although my brother usually helps with my home projects, he was unavailable. So, in comes Mighty Does .Kaleo was really nice and quoted me an all inclusive price for one of their water heaters and installation. I also had a broken sink basin in the bathroom, so they put a new one in and gave us the yelper discount .Man who came was awesome, did the work, in and out, and took the old water heater AND the broken sink. We will definitely use them again!

If you have any electrical work that needs to be done, I recommend these guys hands down! One thing that could be improved on is better communication between the office and the electricians that are actually working on the job. For instance, for one of the days, I had added extra jobs to my order, but it wasn't relayed to the technician that was coming out so he didn't bring an extra guy to help. But it ended up not being a big issue because once we called the office, everything got sorted out and we just scheduled another time to complete the other jobs. Given that the office guys and the technicians were all so nice and accommodating to my requests, I don't consider this a deterrent from using them. They are truly great from a customer service standpoint. Tip for first timers: If you are having wiring work done or cables run through the walls, be sure to have a good sheet rock/wall guy that you can call on to fix up afterwards. These sorts of jobs leave holes in walls - it's normal! The technicians did a good job trying to minimize the size/number of holes though!

Mighty Does responded to my call quickly, the phone conversation was professional and pleasant. The adjustor came out and gave us an honest and fair estimate. The contractor, was courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure the repair was completed to my satisfaction. It is really nice to know that there are still contractors like this in our area.

First time home repair EVER and a lil nervous since $85 a hr. docket but read some good reviews about quality of work and cleaning up afterwards. Mighty Does repair guy Old World Italian and a great guy showed up right at 8AM nice guy and loved to rap but knocked out the drywall (there was a hole from leak upstairs knucklehead condo owner) and spackling job in my bathroom fairly quickly but what impressed me was his MacGyver like putting up my tricky closet rod (FELL DOWN from my extensive NY GIANTS jersey collection) :() in a half hour. He had to shear away some access wood but looks great!!!!! Total bill $270 minus $15 = $255 for 4 hours of good quality work by knowledgeable and very innovative fellow. I will definitely be using them in the future!!!!!!
