I live in McKinney and wanted to support a local business. I had seen their sign in a yard, so I looked them up and called for an estimate. Michelle Cross (owner) came the next day, walked my property with me and explained everything in detail along the way. Once I contacted our insurance company and they came out to assess, Michelle also came and walked around with the assigned adjustor - no roofing company had ever done that! Once I received our report from the adjustor Michelle went over it with me and noticed several missing items so I contacted my adjustor and we all met at my house again and reviewed the claim together, he confirmed missing some things and added those values into the claim. I can not say enough about Cross Creek Roofing, Michelle Cross and her work crew. All were top notch! I highly recommend

Cross Creek Roofing is what all contractors should be: quality work, dependable, accessible, accountable, affordable. I had a new roof installed right after the large hail storm that hit Collin County in the spring. Michelle Cross came to see me the same day I called for an estimate. Throughout the bid and work process, she was professional and available any time I tried to reach her either by phone or email. My work was done on time and on budget. I ran into a couple of issues before and after installation. The first was self-reported by Cross Creek's installers when they accidentally punched into my A/C line. The other was after installation when I noticed a small dip in the decking. Both problems were identified and fixed same-day at no cost to me. It's all cookies and rainbows when there are no problems. You really find out who you're dealing with when issues come up. Michelle passed with flying colors. Very glad I chose Cross Creek and would recommend them to anyone.

We used Michelle and Cross Creek Roofing, and they were outstanding. Everything was easy from the initial call to the follow up. I strongly recommend using them, they will make the process easy with your insurance carrier and your HOA. They covered all of our shrubs, our patio furniture that couldn’t be moved, but also bought a massive tarp and covered my entire pool!!! Michelle also isn't afraid to pass on business if she knows that it isn't a specialty. She will gladly refer to people and companies she knows, but won't mis-represent what her company does. At the end of the job Michelle came back a second time and reswept our yard and driveway looking for nails and debree. She also followed up two months after to ensure that we had our final pay out from our insurance carrier and offered to help if any invoices needed to be submitted. She and her team were great!

I called Michelle at Cross Creek Roofing because she is well known and liked in the community. And I loved working with her and her company. I am a challenging customer and needed someone to explain each step of the process to me since I have never replaced a roof. And although our insurance company helped out because of the hail damage, I still wanted to ensure our biggest investment aka our home was in good hands. Michelle was patient, methodical and even worked around my schedule to help me pick out colors, roofing tiles, do the work etc. The work was excellent, amazing clean up afterwards and I'm so happy to have found her. It's really hard to find someone who will take their time with you in the construction and roofing business and not rush you into decisions. Thank you guys so much
