I loved working with Michelle on my brand new kitchen. She was very accommodating, collaborative and creative as we designed my kitchen. Designing a kitchen is stressful enough, but I knew I was in very capable hands with Michelle and her wonderful team!

Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made sure that we covered all the options, so we could make informed decisions regarding our new kitchen. Whenever I had any questions (and I had lots) , she either got back to me the same day, or the next day at the latest - she always made herself available. We enjoyed working with her and long after our kitchen was installed, we went back to her to get a custom cupboard built for our bar downstairs. The after sales service from Gem Cabinets has been exceptional- we have not had to call back, over and over, to get them back out to finish things up. This is the second time that we have gone to see Michelle in regards to cabinetry for our housebuild. She was able to come up with wonderful layouts & ideas when we showed her blueprints for our kitchen as well as laundry and all bath's. If there was something that needed to be changed in regards to design she was quick to do so. Very prompt in returning any phone calls or e-mail and quick to help us if we needed it. We love the quality and price of the cabinetry from GEM cabinets in edmonton, and would use them again on the 3rd house we build. we are looking forward to working with Michelle again (so Michelle, if you're reading this, you'd better be sticking around for our 3rd house build! haha).... We definetly recommend her services. :)

Currently working with this consultant to assist in designing a new kitchen, all baths (4), laundry room and bar and to do up a quote to supply and install this cabinetry in our new home. The consultant was courteous, very knowledgeable, respectful, listened to me (the customer) and worked with me, not against me. She was always accessible and responded quickly to questions and inquires I may have had during the process. She ensured a visual was provided so the customer could get a good idea of what the product would look like in the end. She did everything possible to keep within my budget while at the same time providing a quality of product and service above all others. This work was sourced for a new build and I have visited other companies for quotes on this same project. Although we are still in the early stages of the build, Michelle has completed everything, including recent final changes; we are now just waiting for the final quote. When everything is said and done, I can 99.9% say we will probably be hiring this company to provide and install our kitchen, baths, laundry room and bar. I would also definitely recommend this person (Michelle) @ Gem Cabinets to anyone planning to renovate or considering building a new home...... she knows her stuff and is extremely helpful! I ordered all the cabinets and vanities for my new house. Michelle was very informative and understanding of my wishes. She also did a great job getting my cabinets to fit in my desired budget.

Michelle was incredible to work with! She designed our kitchen for us and came to us with a few options. Our biggest challenge was picking what we liked most because we liked them all. She was incredibly helpful with any questions we had and was great at making sure we thought of everything we needed for our kitchen reno. I would work with Michelle again in a heartbeat.

Layouts utilize space well and appearance is a favourite of many. Install is quick and always on time Service crews are always friendly and respectful. Crews are proud and go over and above. I very much enjoyed working with Michelle on my recent kitchen renovation. I received quotes from 3 other cabinet companies, but chose to go with Gem because of Michelle. She understood the vision I had for the project and encouraged me to stay true to it. My kitchen looks amazing, better than I hoped, in fact. Michelle always made time for my questions and changes.
