Finishing Touches

Melinda was a lifesaver. She helped me pare our belongings into something manageable and repurposed many items into new and imaginative displays. She was always considerate, hard working, and extremely creative. I had interviewed several people for the job, and Melinda was the only one who didn't suggest that I should buy or rent new items...she used what I had. She taught me to "get rid of the distractions" so that my treasures really stood out. I feel that I not only found a decorater, but also a friend!

We built our home in 2006 and Melinda was a lifesaver. She decorated the entire home. We were so happy with her work that she has decorated our home for Christmas every year since.

When I bought my first house one of the first people I called was Melinda. She helped make it a home. It was cozy and perfect. She is great to work with and works well with the budget given to her. She takes pride in her work.

Melinda was gracious and professional and super helpful. She had "the heart if a teacher" (as Dave Ramsey would say) in the areas where I was completely ignorant. Her consultation was free and then there was an hourly rate. She walked through my house with me to get a feel for it and give suggestions. We chose colors for paint and she brought in a very helpful and professional decorator who specializes in window coverings. She is willing to shop for whatever kind if piece you're looking for and she has a great sense of what your style is.

I have worked with Melinda on several decorating projects over the past few years and she is fantastic at what she does. She has an impeccable eye for details, she is an incredibly hard worker, and she is a joy to work with. I would highly recommend her for any task, large or small.

She's respectful of my budget, and worked hard to find deals and discounts with every purchase. In this project, she guided me through every stage of my master bedroom remodel, and offered suggestions that would reflect my style. She met me at the flooring store, paint store, and several retail and discount stores! The end result was a beautiful master bedroom suite that is clean, soothing, with a bit of farmhouse vintage. It's breathtaking and I can't believe it's mine!
