I absolutely would not recommend Mark to my worst enemy. As many others have stated, he is responsive in the beginning and then he just lost interest in my garage project seemingly after he received the deposit. He would not answer calls, or respond to emails or even text messages that my wife and I sent. We had been told that he would file the plans with the town in order to have the permits procured. After, we missed a deadline to break ground due to his unresponsiveness we chocked up our losses and contacted another architect who got the ball rolling. I contacted Mark one last time asking for our deposit back, and then all of a sudden he sends all of this "work" he had done and a permit application. I'm still waiting for my deposit back from this guy, I don't know which of his friends got paid to give him good reviews but don't believe those reviews.

Mark was great. He was professional, very helpful and most importantly super responsive. Mark is a wonderful architect and I would highly recommend him for any residential or commercial project.

Georgiana ioli I do not recommend Mark Never returned phone calls I. Had to go down to the Town of Hempstead to find that after 8weeks he never filed plans. Do not use him You will be disappointed. May 2018 $1700.

I was recommended to Mark by a friend. Awesome experience thanks to Mark after Hurricane Sandy. Not only did he design a home that is the talk of the neighborhood, but he was tremendous in helping with completing surveys and permits. Mark always answeres his phone and or returned my calls quickly. He's a gentleman and a total professional. I'm lucky I found him! Thanks Mark. HNS

We put a large extension on our home in order to relocate our utilities to a higher floor. The Architect did a first class job. He made some great recommendations to improve the project and worked well with the contractor. Job finished on time with no complications.

At the beginning of the project, Mark was responsive and gave an impression that he was reliable. However, once we got to the actual work, Mark didn't finish the plans and did not respond to any emails or phone calls. Do NOT waste your time and money. He's is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. He actually deserves Zero stars!
