I was fortunate to be referred to Mark when I began my new home project. I had specific ideas of what I wanted to accomplish with this house and Mark spent a lot of time with me up front laying things out, contacting suppliers for pricing, and making suggestions when he thought materials may be more appropriate for the project. He got onboard with my concept and was willing to try new ideas. The project came in on time and under budget and I am very pleased with the results.

Mark built our beautiful home working with us to create the best orientation of our home with the landscape and views he had to work with. He was enthusiastic and pleasant to work with throughout the project. Mark's experience and professionalism was outstanding. His work ethic and the team of subcontractors he put together kept the project on schedule. Mark is extremely knowledgable and suggested several structural changes that completely enhanced the beauty of our home. The quality of materials and workmanship are superior. Even after our home was built he has been available to answer questions or come to the house to explain any technical questions.

Is there on the job checking progress and details and is a "stickler" for quality and sound construction. 4. contacts you during construction as to progress and hold ups. 5. makes you feel welcome at construction site and listens to your comments and allows you to change( provided it is not too late.) 6. billing questions are addressed quickly 7. Has the personality and attitude which makes the whole process a very pleasant experience. 8. Is just a phone call away or a text AFTER job is finished. 9. Is there for your problems even if its three years later! 10. He is a trustworthy, honest man.

Mark did a great job for us and got things done on time. He was very creative and gave us lots of good ideas that ultimately made a big difference. The quality of Mark's work was excellent as well. We would definite use him again and would recommend him highly.
