AWFUL, Simply Awful Customer service. I ordered a wardobe - Came without the necessary pieces, and they told me they would ship it 3 months later as it is on back order. This is just the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Customer service personnel Tiffany, Brenda & Sarah - All hung up on me and informed I am not "ABOVE ANYONE ELSE" THE WORST

I purchase a SOHO wardrobe. Packaging was bad. Many different size boxed, stacked on top of each other- but not from long to short; just all mixed together. One long box was broken on both side, I informed and noted on delivery. Instructions are in a foreign language I am not familiar with (brazilian ?), very few pieces are labeled. After unpacking everything (and there are many, many pieces) and trying to figure out where goes what, we realize 2 very important pieces are missing ( No. 11 ?). The company I had hired to put this thing together cancelled, after re-scheduling 3 times. Because it took me 6 weeks to finally attempt to put this thing together I was informed that this broken, defective, incomplete pos is not returnable. I spent over $1500 on a piece of ... Please, save yourself the trouble and the money and don't buy large pieces from this company. I have read many similar complaints about the instructions, but did not think it was THAT BAD. But it is :-(

This company has fashionable, modern and affordable furniture that is great quality. Have only been happy when dealing with this company! Would defiantly recommend them to others.
