Malmquist Construction is comprised of the most capable, competent and professional staff. Our project was accurately estimated and constructed on time and within budgeted peramiters. The project is a commercial building with Retail and Lodging. Our project supervisor had the commercial background to greatly assist with both value engineering and assuring comercial construction standards were met. There were a number of situations where this experience and background prevented future challenges with our building. Of great importance to this project was the dedication to assisting us with the overall development goals of the project.

My wife and I selected Malmquist Construction to build our dream house. We chose Malmquist because of their reputation for quality and also because we felt that working with Malmquist gave us the best opportunity to build a house that would have the style and livability we were after. Malmquist kept us engaged throughout the building process and worked collaboratively and creatively with our architect and designer. We hired Malmquist Construction to build our dream home in Whitefish, MT. The experience was absolutely fantastic. Our project was completed in 3 stages and all aspects of our experience were efficient and professionally done, beginning with design and budgeting and ending with final cleanup and moving in. This was a new-build home which took over a year to complete due to the size and complexity of the project. It demanded extensive detail craftsmanship inside and out. The work was done professionally with no major issues. We have lived in this home for 13 years, and it has stood the test of time.
