Our purchase was for a patio sliding door. Experience with Magic was terrific! The sales person was great at explaining the product, about the innovative technology, and was realistic and forthcoming with the delays in production. Finally, after getting the installation, the crew that did the install was polite, on-time, punctual, and precise with install cleanliness, insulation around the door and putting the casing back up around the door. They did a fantastic job and left everything nice and clean when they left.

Magic Windows installed nine windows in our home recently. The crew of workers were very efficient with excellent workmanship. We were very pleased with the windows. They look great, are easy to use, and will be easy to clean. They are also warrantied for 40 years. An added bonus is we no longer have the drafty bedroom windows and the house feels warmer.

We had our patio door serviced about 1.5 years from the original installation. Appears the lock mechanism failed. The team at Magic promptly addressed the issue and replaced the locking mechanism free of charge, and even tuned the spring on the rolling screen door for us. Everything was completed in 30 mins. Excellent service!

I’ve never had a company actually call me back and tell me there was a problem with my window. I was unaware of it when they were installing the window the installer happen to see something he didn’t like and turned around and a couple weeks later I got a call saying we’re coming to replace the window. It was amazing. They are thorough there and friendly. I will recommend them to anybody.

Magic windows has the most professional people working for them. They’re easy to get along with they give you text messages and reminders. The repair person was in and out within 40 minutes repaired the window. Highly recommend this company!

I recommend this company. I have a magic windows door and we are very pleased. Excellent craftsmanship. The door works beautifully, very stylish, and the rolling tuck away screen is perfect. The company has an excellent service team and the service installation technicians and professional, very capable, with attention to detail. We purchased Magic windows several years ago and have now updated all of our windows with them. a total or nine windows and one patio door. All windows have been great and no problems. we recently had a latch on one of the screens break and a repair man was here in a timely manner to make the repair at no charge. There was a manufacturing problem which I called about, Magic sent an inspector and the problem was resolved, in a timely manner.
