We had our extension done with Exquisite Projects, which included a bedroom, bathroom, basic kitchenette and verandah. Whole project went incredibly smoothly even with erratic weather, thanks to great organisational skills and good relationships with co-workers and contractors. The builder was professional and knowledgeable and was very helpful guiding us through the project. The completed extension was impressive and the building site was left clean when work was finished. We are very pleased with the final result!

We could not be happier with the finished product of our house renovations in Queanbeyan NSW. Our home was completed over a period of 12 months because due to the builders expertise, professionalism and quality of work we kept adding jobs to his list. The process was smooth from start to finish. It would be remiss of me not to mention that Mark Fawcett business owner , actioned any concerns or items requiring replacement or repair in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to go through Exquisite Projects if I was to build again and would be more than happy to recommend him at the highest level. We had internal walls, windows , fully renovated Bathroom, replaced old deck , added timber veranda to front of home and replaced Tile roof with Tin plus many more small jobs.

We employed Mark Fawcett a couple of years ago to build a large deck for us. We had no real concept of what we required. Mark provided much needed guidance on how to achieve the best result and after now having ample time to enjoy the deck we are very happy with the outcome. Mark's work is of a very high standard and we would say one of his strong points is his attention to detail, and just little things like the placement of lighting has enhanced the quality of the job. We would highly recommend Mark if you are looking for an innovative, quality job done within budget. Denise and John Dunn
