For over 20 years, Lori Teacher and partner Monique Blum have specialized in home restoration and kitchen and bath design , using Eco/Earth friendly and sustainable materials as well as vintage goods . Lori is a licensed general contractor in the state of California.

We love Lori! We are so happy that we were introduced to Lori and her firm. She is extremely professional and its truly a pleasure to work with her. Her vision and ideas are always spot on. She listens to exactly what our needs are and she always delivers exactly what we want to see. Her style always includes some sort of uniqueness, which makes things stand out above and beyond any others. Most importantly... she is honest and truly genuine, which is the most important characteristic to us. We are looking forward to working with her on many more projects and we are confident that her unique design will help us build many more beautiful and desirable homes.

I had a fantastic experience with Lori Teacher. She originally helped us remodel and update two upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. I enjoyed working with her so much we also had her design our entire downstairs spaces including our kitchen, sun room, family room, living room, laundry room and bedroom/bath. The project went smoothly and quickly. She is a great designer and space planner. Very delightful to work with. I highly recommend Lori !

Lori is AMAZING! I hired her 8 years ago to design a bathroom. Since then she has done the kitchen (on houzz), two bedrooms, family room, living room and both the backyard and the the front yard including the stone work and an outdoor fireplace. She has this incredible and unique eye and because of her background has a contractor her work is thorough. Lori works within your budget and will even search Flea markets for the perfect piece to complete the look. I can't say enough about Lori... Please feel to contact me though Lori for an in person referral!

Lori exceeded my expectations. She came in under budget and the work was very high quality. She has amazing vision and excellent taste. We had a delightful time working with her and her staff. I would highly recommend her for any size job.

Commented: Shower-Newport Brass with a copper finish. I would not recommend the copper finish as it is too difficult to keep up. I love Newport Brass though.
