From the start, we knew we wanted to work with Loridon. We vetted 7 other contractors, and John, the owner, spent the most time at our house going over plans and gave the most thorough estimate. John was just as involved throughout the renovation process. This was our first time taking on a reno of this scale (rear kitchen extension, third floor addition of master bedroom and bath, laundry room, office and exterior), and John walked us through every step of the way. He was extremely knowledgeable, and we often leaned on his expertise to help make decisions (there were many). John always gave honest, thoughtful responses, and we never felt he was trying to just make money off of us. We were completely impressed with the entire Loridon team as were our neighbors who repeatedly commented on the level of respect and care they had for our property, not to mention the speed at which the job was done. We have heard horror stories of contractors, and we are happy to say the complete opposite was true for us. With John, Diana and Loridon we felt we had trusted partners. Our home turned out gorgeous, and you can see the quality and care in every detail. I would recommend them to anyone and look forward to working with them on future projects!

I worked with John at Loridon on a first floor/kitchen/powder room/den renovation. I could not recommend John and his team more! John answered every question that I had and took the time to explain the process each step of the way. The original estimate included the cost for an item we ultimately did not need, and he made sure to deduct that from the charges; he is an honest contractor, which is not always so easy to come by. He and his team were always on time, respectful, hardworking, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. The whole team and all subcontractors used take pride in what they do, care about their crafts, and left me with the most beautiful first floor of my house. There is no better contractor or team of people with whom anyone could work.

We have nothing but good things to say about Loridon Builders & Remodelers. The Best of the Best! Our home renovation project was daunting enough but took on new challenges due to the Covid pandemic. Not to worry - we were guided every step of the way. Our project which included bumping out (and up) 12 feet, extending our kitchen, creating a master suite and 2 additional bathrooms couldn't have run more smoothly. Owner John Giranimo's professionalism, experience, creativity and attention to detail is a true gift. He and his team were trustworthy and truly cared about their work and craftsmanship. They helped maintain the integrity of our 100 year old home while making it feel more up to date and modern. Office Manager Diana is a voice of reason - and answered all of my many questions and concerns. She was so helpful! At the end of the day we know we will be enjoying our beautiful home for many years to come because of Loridon and the team of professionals John brings to the project. I would happily look forward to future work with John and team!

Loridon just completed a major renovation on our home which included a top floor addition as well as a renovation of the first floor. John, (owner) was not only professional and patient, he was involved and present every step of the way from start to finish. His crew of workers were amazing! They were punctual and were there everyday from day one, and there was never a day they didn’t show up, which is unheard of these days. Perfectionists is an understatement! Most of all, they were extremely neat, clean and trustworthy! I never worried about them in my house because they treated it like it was their own. Diana, (Office Manager was very helpful and kept us in the loop of what was expected and was always professional and patient. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and thank you so much for such a pleasant experience. We can’t say enough about Loridon and would recommend them for any of your home improvement needs!

Scope of project - we bumped out and up 12 feet creating an open area kitchen/dining area, Adding a new half bath (there was none on the 1st floor,), Creating a master suite, new hall bath and extending bedrooms. John’s Professionalism, experience, creativity and attention to detail is a true gift. He can resolve any issue big or small! He and his team were trustworthy and really cared about their work and craftsmanship. They helped maintain and create all the beautiful details of our 100 year old home while making it feel more modern and up to date. Office manager Diana is a voice of reason - and answered all of my many questions and concerns. She was so helpful! At the end of the day we know we will be enjoying our beautiful home for many years to come because of Loridon and the team of professionals John brings to the project. We first hired Loridon Builders & Remodelers for an small home renovation in preparation for the birth of our son. John, the owner, personally came to our home to complete an estimate. We decided to hire Loridon after our interaction with John. We explained to John what we were looking to have done, we were pretty confident and set on what what thought was best, and John actually walked us through a different design measuring out where walls and doors should/would go, and might I say his suggestions made much more sense and were more esthetically pleasing (hard to admit being prideful man myself). Work was completed in a timely efficient manner and workers were very pleasant and knowledgeable. We are beyond pleased with the entire process and final results. Keep in mind my wife was in her third trimester and she was also thrilled with the process and outcome! Because of our fantastic experience with our home, I actually hired Loridon Builders & Remodelers to renovate my office building and build out an executive office. Again, John and his team came up with a great design and executed with precision & perfection.

I just did a total house remodel with Loridon. I added on to my house, redid my kitchen and redid three bathrooms (two were brand new add ons). I cannot say enough good things about John and his crew - and his Office Manager Diana is SUPERB. They are honest, professional and courteous. Not only was my job done in a beautiful and professional manner, it was done TIMELY and in fact, ahead of schedule. Other than weekends, there was NOT ONE DAY when we didn't have a crew at our house working on various aspects of the project. I would recommend them without question! And, if I ever have any home renovations/repairs in the future, I will definitely call on them!

I have used Loridon for 2 major additions to my home. I did it in 2 phases and was happy to use them for both phases. From beginning to end everything that was promised was done on time and within budget. There were no surprises and I am very happy with the finished project. The other benefit is John's experience and suggestions. I would and have used them again.

I have used Loridon Builders 4x over the last 17 years and highly recommend them. John and his team are consistently honest and professional. They have added two additions over the years and just last week they finished a major kitchen renovation. I was so comfortable with his team that they had access to my home while I was working. I never had a concern. The house was swept clean every day. They finished on time with excellent attention to detail. I wouldn't even look to hire anyone else. Loridon has my full confidence and satisfaction. I have personally recommended them to friends and family and everyone has been very happy. John is a pleasure to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. Diana in his office is great to work with. She always got back to me and was a great source of information for me.
