About Us

We serve industrial, commercial and residential customers specializing in heating, cooling, ventilation, system design and preventative maintenance. We also provide installation, repair, and service for specialty equipment: liquid chillers, dehumidifiers, electric enclosure cabinet coolers, exhaust fans, ventilation systems and radiant heating. Routine maintenance service contracts are available with emergency service discounts. Our highly qualified and trained technicians, many who have been with us over 20 years, have the knowledge, experience and expertise to provide our customers with optimal results for their heating and cooling needs. Founded by Richard A. Larsell in 1972 as a small service company, Larsell Mechanical Service, Inc. has grown to become a full service HVAC, heating and air conditioning company. R. Dennis Larsell succeeded his father as president in 1989 and is currently carrying on the tradition of fast, knowledgeable service to our customers.

The communications were courteous and responsive at all stages. The quotes came rapidly and were clear. The work was done promptly and the system has been working well. The rating would have been a 5-star only that the system did not pass city inspection at first due to a very minor detail that did not affect system function. It was promptly fixed and inspection passed. A pleasure to work with Larsell, and would highly recommend them to friends and others.

You will definitely get the most bang for your buck with Larsell Mechanical Service. The company has extensive experience since they have been around for a long time. The owner will do everything in his power to make sure everything goes well and runs smoothly. I frequently refer people to his company.

My a/c went out in June and Larsell quickly sent out a repairman who got it up and running that same day. It ended up going out again in less than 30 days and I had to replace it. I think I got a very reasonable quote from Larsell...may be because I just paid the first service call...but it was fast and considerably less than the other quote I got. I was given several options and brochures to review. The installation was delayed but only because the part did not arrive as scheduled. I was kept in the loop and updated as to the delay so I didn't miss any time from work. They did a very good job and I was very pleased with the results. The new unit works well and is more efficient and quieter than the old one.

During my complete home remodel in 2015, Larsell Mechanical put a heating and cooling system in my house which replaced the electric baseboards. They also ran the gas line pipes for the tankless water heater, drier and gas stove. The employees at Larsell Mechanical were friendly, efficient, hard working and answered any questions I had in a timely matter and made sure I knew what was happening and when. They also worked well with my local contractor for the timing of all the installations. I would highly recommend Larsell Mechanical for your heating and cooling needs!
