Linda Floyd provides expert advice and consulting on the interior of our home. In 2015, she created an excellent "theater room" for us that was once a billiard room. Her creative use of fabrics, textures and colors is extraordinary. She willingly operates within an established budget.

With her on site guidance she brings to the project a crew of talented craftspeople, she understands the many challenges of executing the most complicated details, and provides immediate clarification and communications with any of the trades needing further detailing. I cannot express enough the appreciation and fortune of having worked with her and her staff in completing our last project. Not only was the project completed in a timely manner, of which without her this may not have happened, the end result exhibits a design talent few can equal.

My husband and I hired, Linda L. Floyd, as the Interior Designer for the remodel of our Carmel, California cottage. We have been working with, Linda, on our project for the last year. On August 2013, my husband and I were fortunate enough to walk through a home that Linda had designed from the floor up. We saw, first hand, her beautiful design work. This home was absolutely stunning! "Details...details...details...the hallmark of an unforgettable project" is Linda's motto and we saw this in every aspect of her gorgeous work. We met with Linda a few days later and a partnership was born! Linda is knowledgeable not only in design but in every aspect of the construction process. She is professional, prompt, organized, creative, and simply brilliant! Her fine character, honesty and innate kindness are just a few of her wonderful qualities. Linda has gone way beyond the scope of her job to make sure every detail is done correctly on our extensive Carmel cottage remodel. We highly recommend Linda L. Floyd for any remodeling or design project.

Linda accomplishes this through Team Work and a complete understanding of construction practices, interior and exterior architectural design, landscape design, finishes and furnishings. Linda is such a talented interior designer. She is very knowledgable about french antiques, draperies and fabrics as well as paintings, sculptures ... She is able to create for her clients these amazing environments that they will enjoy for ever. I have been taking photos for Linda's marketing materials for the past 5 years and it's always a treat to see her latest creations. 2012 and 1013 projects in California and Colorado have been over the top. I would recommend Linda to anyone looking for superior interiors.

Linda has helped with design of 5 projects in five very different locations, McCall, Idaho, Palm Dessert, San Francisco, Denver, and Saratoga, CA. She worked with the Architect and Contractor to created the perfect team for each project. She is talented and really works hard to create the atmosphere her clients desire. Working with her has been a rewarding and educational experience.

Commented: In the Detroit area, no one installs lead roofs. Any suggestions?The main roof is slate...the bay window roof is metal. I don't know the Detroit codes or appropriate metals for your weather. Check out Bronze.
